I have hybrid schedule but my spouse is remote so we always have someone home. We also have 2 neutered 7 year old dogs of our own who have been around other pets and kids making them super friendly and patient.

Being long term per owners we have crates, pens, litter boxes, puppy pads and other pet items. So you don't have to provide these if your pet loves indoors. We ask for a pet bed/blanky as that gives them optimum comfort. We a shaded deck and fenced yard for the outdoor loving pets.

Snehal and Vivek took wonderful care of our dog, Zero. They sent frequent updates and photos of her during her 5 night stay. She was happy when we picked her up. They were also very kind and flexible with drop off timing.
