Fernando is very sweet and took the time to do a meet and greet so we can see how Prince did before we confirmed as we were worried since Prince hasn’t had much interaction with other dogs or people His dogs were also very friendly. His house was very clean & safe and he also has a big fenced in yard. He kept us worry free by sending regular updates and pictures and took very good care of Prince. We plan to book Princes care with Fernando and definitely recommend him.”

“Alexander was absolutely wonderful with Flex. This was Flex’s first overnight stay with anyone outside of family, and I was extremely nervous going into it, but Alexander immediately put me at ease. He was so reassuring, patient, and understanding of Flex’s anxiety, especially in a new environment. He sent plenty of photos, videos, and updates throughout the stay, which truly made all the difference and allowed me to relax knowing Flex was happy, safe, and well cared for. It was clear that Flex was genuinely spoiled and given lots of attention and love. Alexander was also incredibly flexible and accommodating with last minute drop off and pick up times, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience using Rover, and I would absolutely trust Alexander with Flex again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“From the meet and greet to dropping off and picking up, Jorge was very accommodating and made the process super easy. Palmer clearly had plenty of fun as he more or less slept for a few days after we got home. We received plenty of updates and photos. I especially appreciate the extra care and attentiveness that was given to Palmer as Palmer found a way to cut on foot days before we were set to leave. Jorge said it was no problem and Palmer was treated well while the wound was healing. I will absolutely be happy to contact Jorge again next time we go out of town.”
