“Jackie and Jorge were amazing with our girl. We went on 8 day journey where she would not have been happy. Jackie let us bring her about a month before to see if they liked each other and if her pup would get along. Missy is a service dog so we were concerned about the separation. We give thanks that God sent us to them. Absolutely great care, lots of pictures and updates. Missy was taken care of so much better than any kennel would have. We will definitely contact when we need someone to care for her again! Thank you Jackie and Jorge”

She is very understanding & if anything, she just ask for you to remain in communication for early arrivals, late delays, or any information regarding your pet prior to their stay. You can see that she loves dogs from the moment she met our Fur-babies! If you want your fur babies to be cared by, by anyone, pick her!! Already booked her for our next trip out of town to care for our babies again!”

“From the meet and greet to dropping off and picking up, Jorge was very accommodating and made the process super easy. Palmer clearly had plenty of fun as he more or less slept for a few days after we got home. We received plenty of updates and photos. I especially appreciate the extra care and attentiveness that was given to Palmer as Palmer found a way to cut on foot days before we were set to leave. Jorge said it was no problem and Palmer was treated well while the wound was healing. I will absolutely be happy to contact Jorge again next time we go out of town.”

She kept us updated with pictures and videos while we were away and made us feel like Tito was in great hands. She asked a ton of questions about our dogs habits, personality and routine during the meet and greet and helped us understand what we should bring to make sure he was comfortable while we were away. Tito was very comfortable around her and we would definitely leave Tito with Karen again.”
