They got plenty of attention from her and her family and we felt for the first time like we could actually relax on a trip out of town without them. They were able to make sure my dog was comfortable prior to me dropping her off, even ensured that my dog was comfortable around cats, we learned something new about her. While we were on our vacation, Coady sent daily updates 2–3 times a day, which made me feel even more comfortable and more inclined to rebook using him. When I pick my dog up it was almost as if Cody was family. The next time we go on a trip weather for 1 day or 10 days I will definitely be reaching out to Coady and his family. We had the pleasure of having Araceli care for our two fur babies, Churro and Bandit, from Wednesday through Sunday, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Araceli was incredibly professional, dependable, and compassionate throughout their stay. She made sure both dogs received their medications on time and exactly as needed, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. One thing we especially appreciated was the regular updates she sent. The pictures, videos, and little moments she shared helped us stay connected to Churro and Bandit and reassured us that they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Neo is such a sweetie. He's so willing and ready to be kind to my babies. He welcomes them with joy and love and I just feel so comfortable having them stay with him whether it's a short or long stay. My only concern now is to be sure to reach out on time because I cannot fathom the day when he won't be available and my world will crumble hahahaha. #thedrama We love Neo and will come back to him every time. Genniver is the dog whisperer! As my dog ages (he's 15), she does whatever she needs to do to keep him comfortable and happy. I explained when I dropped him off for a ten-day stay that he was becoming a picky eater. She figured out that holding the bowl for him inspired him to eat his meal, so she held his bowl while he ate! Her care and professionalism means that I can travel with peace of mind.
