Neo is such a sweetie. He's so willing and ready to be kind to my babies. He welcomes them with joy and love and I just feel so comfortable having them stay with him whether it's a short or long stay. Genniver is the dog whisperer! As my dog ages (he's 15), she does whatever she needs to do to keep him comfortable and happy. I explained when I dropped him off for a ten-day stay that he was becoming a picky eater. She figured out that holding the bowl for him inspired him to eat his meal, so she held his bowl while he ate! Her care and professionalism means that I can travel with peace of mind.
