She allowed me and my husband to have a meet and greet with her and her dogs beforehand so we felt comfortable, she asked all the right questions about routines, she clearly told me her expectations and was very communicative. On the day of the visit, she sent so many pictures and kept me updated. I was worried Charlee wouldn’t eat much but she did! (And had normal bowels, which I was also worried about!) “My 8 mo. old miniature poodle spent 3 days with Madeleine and Charlie and they took excellent care of her. It is clear that they not only love dogs, but that they are very knowledgeable about canine behavior and they will keep your dog safe and content. I especially enjoyed the videos and pictures that they sent almost immediately of Bella going on a walk with Zachary, and then of her meeting each new dog as they arrived. Bella made new dog friends and went for walks. She had lots of supervised outdoor playtime in their very secure backyard. And when it was nap time or bedtime, she had a new buddy sleeping close to her. Madeleine sent pictures of all of this and then after Bella's stay, she even sent me a little video compilation documenting Bella's fun times. I will definitely bring Bella back to this doggy haven the next time I have to leave her.”
