She took Lilly on multiple walks every day because Lilly requested them, so Lilly was very spoiled and entertained. We had such a wonderful experience with this family caring for our Bentley! From the very beginning, they provided frequent communication, along with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Bentley received excellent care and clearly felt right at home. We especially appreciated how comfortable he was with their family, including the small children and their older dogs. They were attentive, loving, and made sure Bentley was well cared for throughout his stay. It’s not always easy leaving your fur baby with someone else, but this family made the entire experience so reassuring and stress-free. Cecilia was amazing! She kept me updated with videos and messages, and I could tell my dogs were having a great time. I have a Goldendoodle and a Shih Tzu with completely different personalities, and she took such good care of both. My flight was delayed and I had to pick them up the next day, and she was incredibly understanding.
