“We had a wonderful experience with Karen. This was our first experience using Rover and Karen set the bar pretty high. She kept us updated with pictures and videos while we were away and made us feel like Tito was in great hands. She asked a ton of questions about our dogs habits, personality and routine during the meet and greet and helped us understand what we should bring to make sure he was comfortable while we were away. Tito was very comfortable around her and we would definitely leave Tito with Karen again.”

“Jackie and Jorge were amazing with our girl. We went on 8 day journey where she would not have been happy. Jackie let us bring her about a month before to see if they liked each other and if her pup would get along. Missy is a service dog so we were concerned about the separation. We give thanks that God sent us to them. Absolutely great care, lots of pictures and updates. Missy was taken care of so much better than any kennel would have. My pup is heading back for my next out of town trip, because she liked staying there.”
