Kristie was great with Rocket! Her dog was very nice and they played from the first day until I came to pick him up. She’s very active with updating me and letting me know how he’s doing and getting along. Even with the storm that came through she let me know things were all going smoothly. Having worked with a number of Rover caregivers, Ann-Marie finally meets the criteria I’m looking for. Banshee, our GSD, actually looked happy in the pictures and when we picked her up. Getting fed and receiving meds is easy, but it looked like she was more at home than other houses she has been in.
Fantastic experience with Stefania and David! They arranged a meet‑and‑greet so we could see the space and make sure Bobby felt comfortable. They took great care of him, even staying with him when he cried at night, and they kept us updated with photos. Very kind, very reliable, and absolutely deserving of five stars. We would happily book with them again.
Wonderful!! Our girl had the best time, she came home tired and I think kind of sad :-) I'd mention the names of Sadie and Cyrus and she'd pop up to look around for them. We were on a cruise so it was tricky to get pictures, but they messaged us when we were at the ports and were able to stay up to date with how she was doing.
