“From the meet and greet to dropping off and picking up, Jorge was very accommodating and made the process super easy. Palmer clearly had plenty of fun as he more or less slept for a few days after we got home. We received plenty of updates and photos. I especially appreciate the extra care and attentiveness that was given to Palmer as Palmer found a way to cut on foot days before we were set to leave. Jorge said it was no problem and Palmer was treated well while the wound was healing. I will absolutely be happy to contact Jorge again next time we go out of town.”

About: I’ve rescued all the pets I’ve ever owned and trained them myself as well. I also used to volunteer at shelters a while ago too. Im going back to college full time (fully online) so this would be my full time job for now and possibly even for a while so I will be available pretty much 24/7 as I will almost always be home. My pets are on a good routine with us. They are crate trained, potty trained, and can even do some extra tricks for treats! they have a bedtime as well. I try to treat my pets as if they were my own children. There is a separate dog area in my back yard away from the rest of the yard in case I need to split anyone up or need to put the dogs away while I garden.

She took amazing care of both of my dogs — my energetic three‑year‑old English Bulldog and my 24‑year‑old Chihuahua who needs extra help and daily medical attention. Ashley and her two boys were incredibly loving and patient with them, and it showed. My dogs were happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for throughout their stay. I was especially impressed by the weekly care checklist she created for each dog. She handed it to me when I picked them up, detailing everything she did for them.
