“I had a last minute trip out of town for a family emergency, and Allison was great at accommodating Banny. Allison ensured she was well taken care of while I was attending to things with family. My flights home were delayed, and although we got back later than expected, Allison was so kind. I felt awful because it was late on a weeknight! But it was not an issue at all once I finally picked up my girl.”
