“I cannot thank Dawn enough for the incredible care she provided for my dog, Gucci. Gucci has cancer and requires a lot of extra attention, but Dawn handled her special needs flawlessly. She was extremely responsible with administering Gucci's medications on time and made sure she was comfortable, safe, and loved throughout her stay. It is incredibly hard to leave a sick pet behind, but Dawn gave me complete peace of mind. Her compassion, attentiveness, and gentle approach are unmatched. “This was our first time using Rover, and it was so great that we found someone as wonderful as Tia! She’s super responsive with emails while we were emailing each other. I emailed her to see if we could schedule a meet and greet before we booked with her. Her dog Maverick is such a chill boy. He’s very used to being around lots of dogs. We booked Tia for our recent vacation and it was so easy. We got texts all the time from Tia with pictures of our dogs. It seems like we were replaced so easily. They loved her! When the time came to pick up our dogs, she was great with communicating with us so that we could work out a good time to pick up the dogs. When we went to pick our dogs up at her house, they didn’t even come to greet us. They just stayed sleeping in her bed. It was THAT comfortable. We had to go get them. Tia visited us a few days later to say hi to our dogs, and you would think they hadn’t seen her in years. They were so excited to see her! I would totally recommend Tia as your pet sitter on Rover! She takes wonderful care of the dogs. They have tons of blankets to sleep in and tons of toys to play with at her house. Our dogs love her! ”

About: My dog of 14 years just passed this year, and I am really missing the daily walks and time with him. I'm not ready for a new dog, but want to help others and spend time with their pups! I had my dog from when he was 8 weeks old all the way through his senior years (and health challenges!). I love all dogs! I work from home and have a super flexible schedule. I can come by during work days at many different times! I do have a toddler who is at daycare from 730am-5pm, it would be very unlikely for her to meet the dogs. If you want to do doggy daycare at my house, I am home all day and we can take lots of walks together. I have a small fenced patio, and then a quiet street for leash walks. In my house, I have a large crate if needed and dog gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
