Tambre R.

“Tambre is an absolute blessing! We were visiting from out of town and Tambre took care of our boy while we explored the area each day. I was a little nervous leaving our boy with other dogs, because he gets anxious at times. But after a meet-and-greet, Tambre said she had no concerns. Tambre sent several pictures throughout the day, every day, and our boy always seemed to be having a great time playing with new friends. Tambre has a special gift for pet-care, and I'm grateful that we found her! This was our first experience with rover.com and leaving a pet with anyone other than family, and Tambre made it amazing. Thank you so much, Tambre!”

Sandra P.

“Sandra was great! She sent me lots of pictures and did a great job taking care of my puppy. I have never used Rover before, so this was a very pleasant first experience for me.”

Sarah M.

“As always, Sarah, Nick and the entire family are wonderful with our Romeo. They are incredibly communicative and are dog lovers. This is one of the few places where we know that Romeo will not be super anxious. We live in Austin and will opt to fly out of San Antonio when possible so that we can leave Romeo with Sarah.”

Cassandra M.

“Cassandra was awesome and super accomodating. Would 100% use her again the next time I'm in the area.”

Vanessa C.

“I would give Vanessa 10 ⭐️s if I could! She was the absolute BEST! Our puppy Oliver absolutely loved his time with Vanessa. She was very attentive and took care of our little guy like he was her own. She always kept us informed on how his day went and if he ever had any issues she was prompt in informing us and handling them. Highly recommend Vanessa! We will definitely miss seeing her smiling face everyday!”

Michele D.

“Michele and Olive are just what Rocky needed. She sent a video and pictures throughout the day. Her home is welcoming and the yard is dog heaven. Rocky had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back.”

“Sahara was a wonderful sitter! She was accommodating to our last minute request. She replied swiftly and is very friendly. She is very knowledgeable in pets and befriended our shy dog, Milo, in seconds! Sahara provided updates throughout the day. We will definitely schedule another day with Sahara! Thank you so much, Sahara!”

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life as part of my family. Dogs have always been like my siblings or babies and if they’re sick they go to the doctor or they go for check ups. I have a large family with many dogs they can play with (if your dog plays with other dogs). I do work full time, but i am able to come by during my hour lunch to tend to your dog and once I’m home they have my undivided attention. I strive to provide the best care possible and make every animal feel at home or their parents feel at ease that that their family member is being taken care of. I provide communication at all times so everyone knows what is happening. While I do work a full time schedule, I have flexibility to also care for animals part time. I work a hybrid schedule with two days a week in office; with an internet connection I can multitask with caring for you baby(ies). I send as many updates with pictures as possible and requested. I ask many questions prior to me caring for them as well as follow up prior to make sure nothing has changed.

About: Hi! I'm a mature pet sitter with two small dogs that get along with everyone. Most of the time I have Client dogs from different homes together. This holiday season I expect to have up to 10 dogs (or a few more) on any given day. After drop off and a supervised introduction, most get along well. My home is sometimes like an indoor/ outdoor dog park environment. Lots of play and action between naps. I have plenty of dog beds and bowls, and I don’t mind the hair and mud if it rains. Lots of sweeping and mopping. *Military Discount. Please let me know if you are military for a discount. *Second Dog Discount. If you have more than one dog, the 2nd (and 3rd) dogs $18 per day. Please be sure to let me know if your dog(s) take medication or have allergies. I telework most of the time, so they watch me work and follow me from room to room. I'm used to listening, so if your dog(s) needs something or wants attention, my work is flexible enough to allow for interruptions. My backyard is fenced, and there’s a giant doggy door in the dining room. They are free to hang out wherever to include on the furniture.

About: I have fostered for rescues since 2013. Then I opened my own local rescue in 2019. I focus on large breed dogs that were neglected, overbred, underloved, and abandoned. ALL funds from Rover go into my dog rescue ❤️ I work 6 hour shifts most of the week but am otherwise home. Food and water is left in the room as well as DogTv, toys, and chews! I leave pee pads just in case as well. Our main dog room is a finished garage. It is temperature controlled and there are a minimum of two doors/fences between your dogs and any exits or other dogs. Every door is sturdy and kept locked while I’m not home. The other dogs in the home do not make much noise so your dogs probably won’t even know they exist :) I do keep white noise on in the room as well. This includes a loud fan or the AC plus “dog tv” at a comfortable volume. I know some dogs need time to feel safe in a new environment. So I spend the first hour or two letting them come and go, walking them on leash to grow trust, and sitting with them in the kennel. I wait until they’re comfortable before I leave them alone. There is also a nanny camera on them at all times. I check it through the day to make sure they are not nervous at any time. We do have some dog friendly dogs in the home. If you’d like your dog to make a friend , let me know and I will SAFELY and slowly introduce them the way I do with all of my dogs in the rescue! The front yard has a 4.5 ft fence with locked gate and security camera on the entire yard. Dogs are accompanied outside unless I go inside to fill their water bowls etc. the neighborhood is safe and my direct neighbors always keep an eye out for me and my dogs as well. There is very little foot traffic out front but if you think your dog can clear a 4.5ft fence if it sees a stray squirrel or cat, please let me know so I can let them use the backyard instead

Jason R.
“Jason has watched my dogs on several occasions! He is the most loving and caring person with all animals. My dogs just go crazy when then they see him, and I don’t seem to exist to them when he’s around. You can trust your home and your pets in Jason’s hands. I know I do!!!”
