Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and now I’d love to open my home and heart to your furry family members. Whether you’re out of town or working long hours, I’ll make sure your pup gets the love, attention, and playtime they deserve. I have a fully fenced yard that’s perfect for safe outdoor fun, and dogs are always welcome on the furniture because they’re family here! I also share my space with a friendly outdoor tortoise who loves soaking up the sun from our backyard. We start with morning outdoor time, then lots of play breaks and cuddles throughout the day. I’m around for regular potty breaks, attention, and love your pets will feel right at home with me. Our credentials: - My husband and I are lifelong animal lovers with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, from tiny Chihuahuas to giant German Shepherds, Huskies, and everything in between. - Over the years, we have fostered and adopted many dogs, including bottle babies, seniors, puppies, and adults, which means we are comfortable with just about any situation that comes our way. - Our home has a large, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely run, play, or relax in the shade. - We currently share our home with 2 sweet, calm husky blends and a foster dog, so your pup will always have friendly company if they want it. Socialization with our pack is completely optional, and we always follow your lead. Whether your dog loves being around other pups or prefers a quieter, more independent stay, we will tailor everything to fit them. - We stick to your feeding schedules, administer medications as needed, and keep you in the loop with regular photos and updates so you can relax knowing your baby is in good hands. - We are extremely responsive, and you will almost always hear back from us within an hour. 2. Meet and Greet: We highly encourage it - Before your first booking, we love to set up a free meet and greet! It gives us a chance to get to know your pup, learn their routine and specific needs, talk through expectations, and make sure we are the right fit for each other because a great match matters to us just as much as it does to you. 3. Short Notice request availability: - As pet parents ourselves, we understand that life happens, trips get extended, work runs late, and plans change without warning. We are flexible, judgment-free, and are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever we can. We cannot wait to meet your pup! 4. Gallery: Our dogs insisted we show you their home, so feel free to browse our photo gallery and never hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! Pet care is a natural part of our daily life and we are available for boarding,drop-in visits and dog walking services all week long, including holidays, so there is never a bad time to reach out. For dog walking, we are available every day after 5 PM. We respond to messages quickly and almost always instantly, so feel free to reach out anytime with questions or last-minute requests. We are happy to help however we can! We treat every pet in our care like family. Our home has a large, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play, explore, or just relax. We always supervise interactions between dogs and respect each pet's personality, whether they love being around other pups or prefer their own space. Every dog gets their own comfortable, private area in our home. We follow your routines closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and exercise needs, so your dog feels as settled and stress-free as possible. We also keep all spaces clean and tidy throughout their stay. For drop-in visits and walks, we treat your home with the same care and respect, sticking to your instructions and keeping everything familiar and safe for your pet. About: Hi my name is Kayla, I’ve lived here in San Antonio for 8 years before that I lived in Laredo with a family of Pitbulls. Mom, dad, and all of their babies. I have had a lot of experience owning many different animals including dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and turtles. I currently have a Pitbull named Pitlet, a Chiewennie named weenie and another weenie named Preicess. They are my entire world. My dog has some quirks and he was totally smitten after 1 day with her. She accommodated my 12 hour shifts and took care of my doggo while he was in a cone and had some stitches. About: For the past 40 years, dogs have been the heart of my home and my greatest joy. I’ve lovingly cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds , from small purebreds like Pekingese to medium and large dogs including Chow Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, and various lovable mix breeds. Each dog has brought unique happiness and taught me so much about giving them the care, routine, exercise, and affection they need. I only take one dog at a time so I can give your pup my complete attention. When you leave your furry family member with me, they’ll be treated like my own showered with love in a calm, safe environment in my San Antonio home. Your dog will never be just another guest, they’ll be treated like family. First, I try to know more about your dog , normal schedule, favorite toys, commands, what they fear and what they like. Building trust is going to be essential so my focus would be to create a bond with your pet. Consistency, patience, and love is what’s going to get us there. Your dog will have their potty breaks, morning walk or play time I have a two bedroom condo, one bedroom is mostly used as an office, I also have a large living room with a large balcony with views of large mature trees where we have visits of birds and squirrels.
