I love being around people, kids, and pets doing activities, conversing, or just quietly keeping them company, if preferred. My experience includes property management, substituting in public schools, volunteer at animal shelters and rescues, helped with community cats, and also watch my own critters along with friends and family. I do have a part-time property management career during the day but can schedule you early mornings and late afternoon evenings, as well as weekends, and holidays. While living in New York, I became a very lucky mom to three gorgeous cats, whom I took care of from their kitten to their senior years.
