From the moment I contacted him to the time I picked up my furry friend, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. First and foremost, Max demonstrated a genuine love and understanding for dogs. They took the time to get to know my dogs personality, habits, and specific needs. This attention to detail made me feel confident that my babies was in good hands. Throughout the entire process, communication was top-notch. Max provided regular updates, including photos and videos of my dog enjoying his time. It was heartwarming to see my furry companion having a great time, which put my mind at ease during my absence. In terms of the physical environment, Max's place was clean, safe, and well-suited for dogs. There was ample space for my dog to roam around and play. One aspect that stood out to me was the personalized care my dog received. Max followed all the instructions I provided, including feeding schedules, medication administration, and exercise routines. It was evident that they went above and beyond to ensure my dog felt comfortable and loved. Lastly, when I picked up my dogs they are happy, healthy, and clearly had a great time during their stay. It was evident that they had formed a positive bond with Max & his family, which reassured me that they received the love and attention they needed. Overall, I highly recommend Max to anyone in need of exceptional care for their furry family members. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for dogs made my dog sitting experience outstanding. I will undoubtedly be using their services again in the future.”

My pup is heading back for my next out of town trip, because she liked staying there.”
