Peace of Mind, One Family at a Time
I’ve been a devoted dog mom since 2006 and have had the privilege of sharing my life with three amazing dogs: Yoo Hoo, Toast, and Bunny. My husband and I don’t have children, so our dogs have always been our babies. They were cherished members of our family, and we built our lives around loving and caring for them. Over the years, I cared for my dogs through every stage of life, from playful puppyhood to their golden senior years. Yoo Hoo, Toast, and Bunny each lived long, happy lives and eventually each passed away from old age. Caring for puppies and senior dogs taught me patience, attentiveness, and the importance of adapting to each dog’s unique needs. One of the biggest benefits I can offer is time and attention. Both my husband and I work from home full-time, which means your dog won’t be left alone all day. We’ll be around to provide companionship, potty breaks, playtime, belly rubs, and plenty of love throughout the day. While our home is much quieter these days, our love for dogs remains as strong as ever. Opening our home through Rover is our way of sharing that love with other families. I understand that dogs are family, not just pets, and I will care for your dog with the same kindness, patience, and affection that I gave my own. My goal is simply to provide a safe, comfortable, loving home where you can leave with peace of mind, knowing your dog is being treated like family.

Michelle and Luis took care of my old man like he was one of their own. He came back happy, relaxed, and without any signs of stress. I could tell he truly loved their home and all the space they gave him. They consistently sent me photos and videos throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Their rate is absolutely worth it for the level of care they provide. Trouble says his credit score went up after staying at their house and that he finally got to experience the suburban life. 😂 He even got to explore upstairs, which I’m sure made him feel right at home. I especially loved that they took him on walks around their neighborhood so he could get out and explore. Michelle and Luis cared for Trouble while I was undergoing surgery, and knowing he was safe, loved, and in such good hands made an already stressful time so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with him again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pet.
Michelle is amazing! She loves animals and was a great mama to Yoo Hoo and Bunny who recently crossed the rainbow bridge. She’s got a lot of love to give and a great home to help pets feel safe and cares for. Michelle is dedicated and focused in everything she does! Leaving your pets in her care, you can be assured they will be in great hands!
I could not reccomend anyone more than Michelle. She is the most caring, compassionate, and trustworthy person I know. I've seen firsthand the love and attention she gave to her dog, Bunny, and it was clear that Bunny was a cherished member of the family. Michelle is incredibly patient, nurturing, and attentive. She is very good at making both people and pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved ❤️. Her kind and friendly personality makes her an excellent choice for anyone looking for a dependable pet sitter. I would trust Michelle without hesitation to care for my own pets, and I am confident that any pet in her care will be treated with the same love and dedication she always showed Bunny.

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into our daily routine because both my husband and I work from home full-time. This allows us to provide frequent potty breaks, regular exercise, playtime, and plenty of companionship throughout the day. We enjoy having dogs as part of our everyday lives and don’t view their care as a disruption to our routine. Rather, it’s something we genuinely enjoy. Your dog will have company throughout the day, plenty of attention, and a comfortable place to relax while we’re working nearby. Living in Texas, I’m especially mindful of the summer heat and hot pavement. For your dog’s safety, walks and outdoor play are scheduled during the cooler parts of the day, and outdoor time is adjusted based on weather conditions and your dog’s individual needs. Potty breaks are provided throughout the day, but I prioritize preventing overheating and protecting sensitive paw pads from hot surfaces. We understand that every dog has different needs and routines, so we’ll do our best to maintain the schedule they’re used to at home, including feeding times, medication schedules, exercise, and any special instructions you provide. Our goal is to help your dog feel safe, comfortable, loved, and right at home while you’re away.

Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. My husband and I have been caring for dogs for years, and because we don’t have children, our pets have always been cherished members of our family. We understand how important it is to know your dog is in a safe, loving environment while you’re away. Because we both work from home full-time, your dog will receive plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. We strive to create a calm, comfortable environment where dogs can relax, play, and feel at home. Our home features a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, and we only accept one family’s pet at a time. This allows us to provide personalized care and helps create a calm environment without the chaos that can come from multiple unfamiliar dogs sharing a space. We currently do not have any pets in the home, so visiting dogs have the opportunity to settle in comfortably and receive our full attention. I know that every dog is unique, so I take the time to learn about your pet’s routine, preferences, personality, and any special needs before their stay. Whether that means administering medication, following a specific feeding schedule, providing extra cuddle time, or simply giving them a quiet place to rest, I’m committed to providing individualized care. I treat every dog as if they were my own and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.
