“We were a little concerned about Chibi, our chi-Pom-poo being away for an extended period. He had never been away from home and doesn't play much with other dogs at the daycare. Nick, Esther's husband, picked him up from the condo, and a short time later, texted a pic of my dog sitting quietly looking out the car window in his doggie car seat. Esther sends texts and pics several times daily and I can tell she sincerely loves what she does: taking care of her 3 dogs, mine and others. We will return from our trip in about 10 days, and I'm confident that Chibi would have had the best care possible. Thank you Esther and Nick!”

Right away, I appreciated that she is very conscientious & safety-minded, making sure she had our vaccines & vet info as well as an emergency contact (my family member 45min away.) We did a meet & greet as well as walked together to insure her dog & mine would be comfortable together sharing the house. I just felt really comfortable about the way she did things & the questions she asked. I knew she was the one to entrust my baby boy to. Though I missed my dog, throughout my trip she sent photos, anecdotes & short videos - I could see my dog genuinely happy & content! Her frequent communications were a delight & I looked forward to them. Liz showered my dog with loving care & attention, laughed at his antics and just cared for him as her own.
