“Juan did an amazing job caring for Nova while I was away for five nights. First he had me bring her over to meet his dog Frenchie to make sure they would get along well. He was accommodating for her drop off and pick up, and sent frequent photos and video of Nova at play and walking. I was able to enjoy my trip assured she was being cared for by a loving family. She will love and pamper your pet to ensure it feels comfortable while you are away. She will be watching our sweet pup again next month while we are away and we couldn’t be happier finding such a great Rover. He is gentle and engaging but just to the level your dog is comfortable with. Our dog doesn’t love other dogs and did great with Chance. She already knows the route to her house and once she knows we’re headed that way, she gets excited because she knows she about to have a blast! They always send photos throughout the day of what she’s up to. Whether she’s outside playing, taking naps or just longing around the house they always keep me up to date!
