About: I am a long time animal lover and have been working in pet care for over 25 years professionally. I have ample experience with dog walking and overnight pet sitting. I ran my own dog walking business as a sole proprietor for many years, and also have worked as an independent contractor for other dog walking & pet sitting companies. In the past, I've cared for many different animals of varying ages and breeds; from puppies and kittens to seniors. I have plenty of experience administering medication for animals who need it, whether it be ear/eye drops, pills, and insulin injections. I also have experience caring for small and furry (rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs) as well as scaly (fish, snakes, turtles). My schedule is fairly flexible and I will accept bookings Mon-Sun from 8am to 5pm. I prefer to do an free consultation with your dog before you book your first walk. I do appreciate advance bookings, but will do my best to fit you in! Your pet is a member of your family, so it is important to me that your pal feels loved and cared for while you are away. I travel to you and I am not currently available for boarding in my home.

About: Hello! My name is Kayla. I have been working with animals since I was 13 and I first volunteered at a local rescue as a dog walker and bather. I have since then worked many jobs in doggie daycare where I got tons of training in animal behavior. My ultimate goal was to become an RVT and work in a hospital where I would have the opportunity to change the lives of animals. This dream came true in 2024 when I became a licensed veterinary technician. I have since worked at a veterinary hospital where I continue to make a difference and get the opportunity to love on your animals like they are my own and keep them as healthy as possible. About: I work an 8-5PM Monday thru Friday. I have an hour lunch from 12-1PM so I can drops in before work, during lunch, and after work. I’m also available on weekends. During drop ins, I prioritize your cat's safety, comfort, and routine. I make sure doors and windows are secure, refresh food and water, scoop the litter box, and check that your cat is acting normally. I'll spend quality time playing, cuddling (if they enjoy it), or simply keeping them company, while ensuring their environment is clean, calm, and hazard free. I'll also send you updates and photos after each visit so you know your cat is happy and well cared for.

Ive taken care of dogs, cats and other animals since i was very young. I’d love to get to know your pup and take him or her on long walks. I dont have a very packed schedule so ill have plenty of time to play with your pups and kitties! Im able to walk or feed your dog before 9 am and at around 12.30 in the afternoon every weekday as well as boarding your pup or kitty at my house or watching your dog overnight at your home every week day except Friday. Weekends I have more flexibility during the day and can watch your companion overnight on saturday and sunday if needed. I am flexible with day of requests for random times and can make those work every now and then. ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE. I have a fenced back yard and a very friend shiba inu and chow chow mix who is a spayed female dog and is the light of my life and a black outdoor cat. My dog is very friendly with all animals and is very curious of being friends with others and would be a perfect companion for your animal.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
