About: I am a long time animal lover and have been working in pet care for over 25 years professionally. I have ample experience with dog walking and overnight pet sitting. I ran my own dog walking business as a sole proprietor for many years, and also have worked as an independent contractor for other dog walking & pet sitting companies. In the past, I've cared for many different animals of varying ages and breeds; from puppies and kittens to seniors. I have plenty of experience administering medication for animals who need it, whether it be ear/eye drops, pills, and insulin injections. I also have experience caring for small and furry (rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs) as well as scaly (fish, snakes, turtles). I travel to you and I am not currently available for boarding in my home.

I have since then worked many jobs in doggie daycare where I got tons of training in animal behavior. My ultimate goal was to become an RVT and work in a hospital where I would have the opportunity to change the lives of animals. Ive taken care of dogs, cats and other animals since i was very young. There has always been some sort of animal in my house hold whether thats a small dog, a big dog, a couple of cats, birds or guinea pigs. My relationship with my animals has always been a mutual respect for each other without any issues in the past with authority which is due to my training and conditioning with my animals. I’ve made my home a safe and loving environment for my animals with their best interests considered first with daily physical and mental stimulation with fun games and walks as well as nutritious diets containing real food. I’d love to get to know your pup and take him or her on long walks. I dont have a very packed schedule so ill have plenty of time to play with your pups and kitties! Im able to walk or feed your dog before 9 am and at around 12.30 in the afternoon every weekday as well as boarding your pup or kitty at my house or watching your dog overnight at your home every week day except Friday. Weekends I have more flexibility during the day and can watch your companion overnight on saturday and sunday if needed. I am flexible with day of requests for random times and can make those work every now and then. ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE. I have a fenced back yard and a very friend shiba inu and chow chow mix who is a spayed female dog and is the light of my life and a black outdoor cat. My dog is very friendly with all animals and is very curious of being friends with others and would be a perfect companion for your animal.
About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for the past 15 years and professionally taking care of animals since 2014 in the Sacramento area. I work full time in Eureka, Monday through Friday typically starting around 8/8:30 (depending on the schedule) and finish work at 5pm. I usually only have a half hour lunch so if your dog needs to be let out during the middle of the day I could do it if your place is in Eureka. I would be conducting care at your home or neighborhood if walking, since my rental does not allow animals. I can do overnights at your place and drop in visits with feedings as long as it’s done before 8am and after 5pm M-F, weekends I don’t have a time restraints.
About: I’ve taken care of 2 dogs the past 5+ years. One of them is mine he is an easy going Boston Terrier, he loves playing fetch and walks. The other is a family friend’s dog, she is a Doberman who has had a lot of medical issues. That means a strict medication schedule to adhere to and temper issues. Nonetheless she’s a joy to take care of! I have also taken care of rats, they are a lot of fun. Then off and on i’ve taken care of cats, doing the usual litter box cleaning and feeding. I go to a local community college but it being summertime makes pet care very easy to fit into my already lax schedule. My life isn’t very hectic so i’m flexible with anything! I do live with roommates who are allergic to cats and dogs so sadly I can’t bring fur babies to my home. On the bright side I have a car so I have zero issue driving to a clients’ home in order to take care of their pets!

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
