About: I have always loved working around pets. I used to work at the pets hotel doggie day camp in Pet Smart. Having a dog of my own, I know what it takes to properly care for them , clean up after them, and take them outside when needed. What sets me apart is I would go the extra mile if needed of course to really ensure that the dogs I am taking care feel comfortable around me and they are excited when I come to the door to take them out for a walk. I am completely available during the week and weekend, full unbridled availability. walking pets would be great for my exercise along with the physical health of the dog of course (or cat). I had a cat and a dog that I regularly care for daily, I have a set time for feeding the dog and cat at 5PM every day, and of course breakfast at 8 AM before that, and I would make sure to have my dog go out back when needed and to clean up after him, and we also have his usually vet appointments as well. For my cat, we fed him three times a day like my dog and clean his litter box and refill it twice a day.

About: Since a young kid I have always loved being around animals, and would dog sit as my first job at 10 years old. Since then, I’ve cared for countless animals for friends and family, as well as helped train puppies. I work from home and am self employed, so my schedule is flexible and open. I also care for a family member’s dog on a regular basis. I not only cater to my own dogs physical needs, but also to their emotional needs. So on top of making sure your pet is well fed and taken care of, I will always give your pet the deserved attention.

About: I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, easy and "difficult". I am very adept at walking and caring for dogs that can have a hard time with other dogs and/or humans. I'm also happy to help keep up any training routines, I'm pretty proficient in general dog training, but I know it always comes down to the individual dogs for what works best. I often have people remark about their pets who usually don't warm up to new people immediately taking a liking to me! I'm also totally respectful of animals who do need time to get to know new people and always meet them where they're at, so more than welcome to accommodate those who need more introduction time. I've had dogs in the family my whole life, and have lived with many cats as roommates, and I've loved them all. I've done extensive house sitting everywhere from big cities to rural areas, for periods of time as long as two months, caring for animals as well as the house and surrounding property. My schedule is very flexible so I can make sure I have plenty of time to give my full attention to your animal friends, I live in a sweet quiet neighborhood in Arcata near the bottoms that's great for regular walks, and I have a car and am happy to take pups out on more special adventures too! I always check in about what's best for each dog, and can tailor care around what their usual schedule is with walks and feeding, what kinds of play they like best, and any training routines I can help reinforce during our time together.

About: I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and ages, as well as animals that take daily medication. I’m very good when it comes to applying the owners needs with consistency and lots of attention for their pets. I babysit part time and I have dog sitting clients outside of Rover as well. My schedule is very flexible and so it’s easier for me to meet new clients and their pets! I always make sure to ask my clients if there’s any additional info that I need to know. I’m a very aware and attentive person, that’s why I keep a good eye on the pets body language and everyday needs. Keeping up with their schedule is another important detail to me.

About: I’ve had a few pets throughout my life including dogs, cats, and even a bird at one point! I’ve also watched and looked after my friend’s pets over the years while they were away! I’m currently in my last semester of college and i’m only taking 4 classes! Every day except for Wednesday's i’m done with school at 2pm so I have the whole afternoon to walk, play, and check on your pet! I also have availability on Sundays as well which is a whole day of being able to look after your and care for your pet! I care for pets by making sure they’ve had time to play, make sure they are well fed and stocked up on water, and they have the opportunity to go to the bathroom. On walks I always make sure to be extra careful while walking near busy streets, i’m cautious of other animals and pets and read their body language as well as my clients to ensure everyones safety, and ensure that your pet isn’t getting into anything they aren’t supposed to while on a walk or in the home!

About: I have been a sitter for 4 years for friends and neighbors. My care has included walking, potty breaks, overnight care, and more! I’ve lived with Dobermans my whole life and am capable of care for any dog of any size! I am a full time student at Cal Poly humboldt, my classes are in the morning and I am completely open in afternoons, weekends and holidays! I am active and love to play with animals!! My dogs at home are escape artists so I know how to avoid an escape due to fences. I have kennel trained multiple of my dogs and prefer to use kennels for bigger dogs.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. Ever since I was a kid, I was jumping up to wash the dogs, train the dogs, walk the dogs- everything! I’m a full time college student. During the day, I will need to attend class. I also attend Natural Resources club on Saturday mornings. However, I am fully available during the rest of the week! I treat all pets with respect and kindness. I’ve had reactive dogs and extremely friendly dogs, so I’m well versed in any reactions pets may have to me. I can crate dogs, feed dogs, play with dogs, walk them, and even bathe them if needed!

About: I have been surrounded by animals for most of my life and I love to help them live their best lives! I studied pre-veterinary biology for two years, so I know about the science behind animals as well as understanding their basic care and needs. I am very good at matching the energy level of any animal and I have a special passion for exotic animals (but of course I love dogs and cats too!). I am experienced in giving medication and I do not shy away from cleaning up any and all messes that they may make. I am currently a student at Cal Poly Humboldt and I have a lot of breaks in my class schedule. For house sitting, I would only be out of the house for 2-4 hours at a time for classes on weekdays and would be able to stay all day on weekends. My schedule is also perfect for drop ins and potty breaks. I feel that I am a very easy person to work with and I will follow any and all guidelines or rules that you present to me. I will also help with house cleaning if you would like that, in addition to cleaning up after your pet(s).

About: I am down to earth girl, who absolutely loves animals! Dogs and cats are my specialty, but have cared for goats , chickens and bunnies! Ive been filling my free time dog/cat walking and house sitting for the last 4 years, and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit.
