“Jacey has been a great help to me, caring for two different dogs of mine. One was an older, more anxious dog that required a lot of coddling and emotional assistance. She was great at making him feel comfortable, safe, and at home when she watched him. The other is a younger, more exuberant lady who loves to run, play, and cause chaos. She has watched her for me, checked in during the day, and taken her on walks. She is great at helping my lady focus her endless vessel of energy. Jacey gives her dogs (as well as dogs she watches, fosters, and volunteers with at the shelter) the best, most loving lives possible. She keeps them safe, secure, and happy. She has also checked in on, and cared for my cats. She keeps them entertained, fed, and safe. She is mindful of their needs as indoor only cats, and makes sure their boxes are clean, they are engaged, and remain indoors. There is no one I trust more than Jacey to care for my pets.”

About: I understand how important your animals are to you and I will guarantee their happiness when I'm with them. I can do house calls, watch them overnight, bring them to the lake, run them with my bike and take them on a hike. The best part about Tahoe is how dog friendly it is! I'm also good with cats, birds, mice/ rats, snakes, fish, hedgehogs, ferrets and hamsters. I grew up with pets and have a cat of my own and a 95 pound mixed rescue named Moose. They're my world. As your pet sitter I guarantee happiness, love and health for your precious animals. I also babysit if you'd like me to do both! I'm a local to town with plenty of references. Always feel free to ask me any questions. I currently work part time, but am happy to accommodate as my work is usually mid day! I can come by in the mornings and after four. I have a very loving but firm way with animals. Lots of cuddles, some treats, and training happens every day at my home! My pets are very happy, and yours will be too.

She sent lots of updates and pictures which was great and she even took it upon herself to vacuum up their litter off the floor which I didn’t ask her to do. About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I was around 8 years old. I have had dogs of all shapes and sizes and I have loved every single one! I am known to be the favorite of all of my friends and families pets and I love and care for animals of every kind! I am great at feeding, walking, bathing, and providing any care for animals and I am certified in dog and cat aid. I am a full time student who takes half of their classes online so I am home most of the time other than from 11-2. I currently live in a very cute one bedroom apartment with a great field with lots of room to run and play. When caring for pets in my home and in my clients home, I like to treat them as if they were my own. I want to make them feel as safe and comfortable as they can be in a new environment since it can be very difficult on pets.

“Have you ever wondered if your pet loves another person more than you? Rachel is so good with my dog Cafe, but also with every animal and pet she meets, that you will ask this question often (it is ok, I think my dog loves her more than me and to be fair it makes sense :)). Cafe was not that great when he was alone during the day and Rachel always came to walk him and provide company for him whenever he needed it. She is great at understanding the different needs dogs and cats (and animals) need and ensuring they are met. I have also witnessed how incredibly responsible and reliable Rachel is. She is a person of her word, always punctual and organized in her commitments. About: I’ve been dogsitting every summer for 3 years and absolutely adore meeting new furry friends! I’ve had pets all my life and have experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, small birds, and reptiles. I am also a pet portrait artist so if you would like to commission a painting of your furry friend I would love to paint them! I’m currently attending school full time but have various breaks in between classes where I'd be more then happy to stop by and check on your pet(s), additionally, I'm out of class every day by 5pm so I'm nearly always available for evening check ins. I'm free anytime on the weekends and can care for your pet(s) anytime you need. If you have any questions about availability I'd be happy to answer them. When caring for pets, I will always insure their safety and comfort. Whether staying overnight with a pet or just checking in on them, I always look for any signs of discomfort, check that they have access to water, and make sure to play with them so that they can get some energy out.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and other pets since I was young. Friends, neighbors and family members have trusted me to take care of their furry friends many times. I love dogs and cats the most and would absolutely adore spending time with yours! I’m a college student and would love the extra money to pay towards my student fees. Every day I miss the furry friends I had to leave at home and would love to spend some time with yours! I make it my upmost priority to make sure all pets are safe and engaged.
