“Madison is the BEST! Our old walker moved and my husband and I scrambled to find a new walker we liked and could trust which wasn't the easiest task! Madison is reliable, responsible, very commutative, and more importantly great with our pets. Before our initial walk we communicated a lot back and fourth and I was that annoying dog mom with a million instructions. Madison was professional and handled my requests with ease including the request to - carrying around my chihuahua if necessary lol. When one of my pups was sick Madison took the liberty of cleaning up after him and even put cream on his paws!! I look forward to her rover cards and photos I receive daily. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great pet sitter. She has been my walker for the entire month and January and I already booked her for February. With Madison your pups really are in great hands.”

Franny will hide when strangers are in the house but Emma managed to find her under a bed. It was great to have pictures of Franny hiding under the bed. About: I’ve done daily visits and taken care of a variety of pets of all different sizes. I’m prepared to work with animals of all needs and am not scared of special requests! I go to a local college during the week but I live near by and am able to drive to client’s houses. My classes have bigger gaps and would be able to visit pets between classes or before or after. I have 10 years of experience handling reptiles and have lived with dogs my whole life. My dogs go on up to 3-4 walks a day and I am able to visit a clients house to pay their pets a visit or take them for walks multiple times daily if needed.

For your convenience, I can communicate in ASL, Español и Русский I work part-time from home 💻, so your cat won’t be left alone for long and will enjoy plenty of attention, toys, and birdwatching every day. 🐱🐦 Every guest is provided with their own private bedroom equipped with food, water, litter, toys, and cozy places to rest. Once your cat has had time to settle in, they may be gradually introduced to the rest of the house and my resident cat, Libby. Every cat adjusts at their own pace. Some guests are ready to explore after a day or two, while others prefer the comfort of their private space for their entire stay. I always follow your cat’s lead and never force interactions.

About: Hi! I've helped taken care of my family's dog since I was 12, and since then, I've gained experience in caring for multiple dogs and cats. I'm thrilled to help serve my local community. In addition, I've taken multiple animal science courses in my studies at UConn, and have a working knowledge of animal care. I'm a senior studying the life sciences at the University of Connecticut. As a full time student (with extracurriculars), I certainly have a busy schedule, however; that helps motivate me to manage my time and set aside certain days and nights for work! Also, I don't have any class on Fridays or Saturdays, which is perfect for weekend pet sitting needs! I can also overnight pet sit on most nights. Most of my pet sitting work will revolve around ensuring your pet is taken outside (or for a walk) when needed, fed on time (this includes ensuring fresh water is always accessible 24/7!), and given time for playtime (or even time for calm activities, especially if the pet is anxious). This is a fairly standard list of care—so if your pet has needs that differ, please let me know!

About: I grew up owning 2 dogs and I have experience working in shelters as well as pet stores. I’m an animal lover who knows meeting the specific needs of each pet is necessary and important to complete my job. Currently, I work 2nd shift full time and I am able to take short term bookings (up to 2 weeks) for animal care. My availability is varied. I work 2nd shift full time Sun-Thurs, so I am available in the mornings on those days. Fridays & Saturdays I have open availability. I will follow your instructions and care for your pet as if it were my own. As someone who has owned pets with various temperaments and medical conditions, I am flexible to accommodations that are needed.
