“Cooper’s stay was my first time booking with Kristin, and she will be 1st choice whenever I need care for him! She sent multiple texts with videos showing me how comfortable and happy Cooper was. I believe he got all the love and attention he gets at home so he adapted quickly and was a good boy for her”

“Brittany was AMAZING! Our dog, Bailey was only 18 weeks old and she knew all the right things to do with a puppy. We never worried once about his care. She sent pictures every day of his antics which made us laugh but also convinced us that he was happy and loved. She was in tune with his quirky personality, from his removal of ALL the toys from the toy box before deciding what to play with, to helping with the laundry by stealing the socks, to proudly carrying things around that he “found” . AND Brittany was reasonably priced. We will use her again in a heartbeat. We felt so incredibly blessed to have found her. We can’t thank her enough for making our vacation stress free.”

“Katie and her family took incredible care of my little fur baby. It was the first time that Bodhi was left with anyone but family and Katie took incredible care of him. I would definitely use Katie again.”

“Ricky did a great job , got my boys back healthy and happy . He provided updates with pics and was really responsive. Trust that Ricky will take care of your pet . Will definitely have him look after my boys again.”

“My girls took to Dani immediately. She checked their bags & instructions right away & immediately contacted me to let me know one dogs meds wete missing & offered a solution that worked. She sent lots of photos showing us they were playing, napping & eating on time. We are visiting family 1200+ miles from home . It was a relief to find Dani to take care of our girls fir overnight. We highly recommend Dani.”

“We can't tell you how very grateful we are to have found Kristin on Rover. This was so much more than simply a safe and healthy boarding experience! She (and Mark!) engaged our Blake in daily life like he was their own. The frequent notes and photos let us know he was happy and content, not to mention thrilled to be with other dogs! He really had a great time! To say "highly recommend!" is truly an understatement. Thank you Kristin!”

“Austin was fantastic about communicating both before and during our dog’s stay. He was great with her medications and making sure she was taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about her. She was one of the family while she was there. She’ll definitely be back”

“I love these girls. They take such good care of my puppy and he is always happy when I pick him up and loves when he goes to visit the girls. Thank you for taking such good care of my Yuki!!! Till next time. Thanks girls.”

“There is no one more understanding on dog behavior like Rebecca. She understands and listens to you, your dog, she tends to every need, goes above and beyond on communicating with you before during and after the stay. I highly recommend her as my pup was so happy and comfortable with her; I'm very pleased to have found her! Thanks for everything you do Rebecca, Tesla & I love everything about you.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
