Kirstin administered Winnie’s multiple medications exactly as directed. My family truly enjoyed all of Kirstin’s photo updates, and Winnie enjoyed all the walks, snuggles, and pets!! We had specific “hand-off” instructions for Kirstin, like leaving the porch light on and where to leave the key, etc., and Kirstin followed all instructions to a T, making my life a breeze! Maleah was great with our dogs and we felt very comfortable with her staying at our house. We have a diabetic dog with anxiety and it was nice to not have to worry about him given that he has specific needs. She was very responsive when I checked in and didn't hesitate to ask questions if she needed clarification on something (our diabetic dog can be finicky). She's great!
Liliana did a wonderful job taking care of my fur baby. I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in good hands while I was away. I came back to a clean, well-kept home, and everything was in great shape. I have zero complaints and would gladly book with her again.
I would like to start out and say Donelle was amazing! It's always nerve racking to find someone to watch your dogs when you go away on vacation. We were so lucky to find Donelle on Rover. She responded quickly to our request for in home care. She came over a few days before we had to leave so she could meet the dogs and see my house. She showed up at the scheduled time and was very organized with notes and questions to ask about each dog. Our dogs loved hanging out with her while we were gone and she made sure to send lots of updates and pictures which we loved. I would not hesitate to book her again to watch our dogs and she will be the first person that I will reach out to. She really did an amazing job!

Avery took good care of Maggie and our home while we were out of state. Unfortunately, on her last day, my dog experienced a sudden medical emergency (unrelated to Avery’s care). She did everything right handling the situation including calling our emergency contact and getting Maggie to the emergency vet!
