However, following the meet and greet we set up - it was very obvious that these folks know dogs and dog care. I dropped off an old, blind dog with instructions for a new medication regimen, and came back to a finely brushed, handsome fella with a pep in his step. He's still blind but maybe that requires multiple visits to clear up 😉. Very grateful for the specialized care he received and highly recommend!”

About: I have fostered or rescues animals for decades. I fostered for many rescues over the years, both cats and dogs. I did start my own rescue, Max Raven Animal Rescue, March of 2024. I will have foster dogs and or cats plus I have well behaved animals of my own. Animals have beeny whole world for my whole life. I enjoy meeting new ones and tend to have them excited to come back and see me. Mama Dee! I have been looking for a full-time position in data management for over 19 months and I need to bring in enough income to supplement no longer having a job. At this time, I am available every day and most all times. I do have small trips planned but I can work around that. The more sittings I can get the better It does vary. Some pet visits, they want you to sit and hang with their pet after the usual tasks like letting them out, scooping boxes, feeding, and medicine needs, if there are any. I have no problem with chilling and snuggling for a while but will adjust in home visits to do that. Although a normal visit usually has plenty of time for loves. I also take pics of animals and share them with their family so they can see in real time that they are doing great and being taken care of.

We had an amazing first time experience with these sitters watching our two French bulldogs. From the start, communication was excellent, they kept us updated with frequent messages and lots of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dogs were very well cared for and happy. Our French bulldogs are not quite a year old yet, so they still have some of the challenges that come with being puppies, but the sitters were wonderful with them. They seemed completely comfortable and relaxed, and it was obvious they were treated like part of the family. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy, and communicative sitters. We have already rebooked with them to ensure that they have room to watch them again!
We have been utilizing Shawn and Melissa for years now. The care that they give our Golden is such that we worry she will not want to leave! She is so comfortable there that she ran to the front door and was excited to see them when we dropped her off this past time. Lots of communication and updates sent to us during the stay, letting us know how she is doing. Best sitter ever!
Lisa was fantastic! She played fetch with Phin several times, loved on him and sent me lots of videos! He was smiling in all the videos. She brushed him both days too :) She was very flexible with our slight change in plans. I would definitely recommend Lisa, she is great!!
Marie was so great and sweet with Kenzo! She sent us updates of our boy with pictures and videos and we really appreciated that. Kenzo is not really affectionate, so it was a great to see the connection that our boy had with Marie. We will definitely rebook with her in the future!
Anni provided exceptional communication prior to and during the entire time she boarded my dog. She has a great set-up for a dog enjoys outside time and she was prompt in being ready for my drop-off and pick-up times. Given I was traveling from out of town for a football game in Lincoln, she allowed me to now worry whatsoever about the care of my dog in a city that is not my home.
Mikala cared for my dog, Coconut, for over a month and was in constant communication with us throughout, sending us pictures often and sharing updates on how he is doing. I will definitely be sending Coconut to Mikala in the future when I am out of town again. Coconut clearly enjoyed his time with Mikala, Peanut, and Mac and looks forward to going back again.
