Born around lots of animals, including the GSD my mom bred many going to K9 programs and I would show them when I was little. Growing up, I was part of raising & training hunting dogs (Labs) & a seizure dog (Sheltie). As an adult I've had a GSD, Pomeranians and pitbulls (potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, basic commands like sit stay come - clicker method). I also learned some about senior care helping my friend who worked at Hearts United shelter for several years. I currently don't have any dogs, but have cats.

Kassidy took the best care of our dog while we were on vacation. I am so grateful that he was loved while we were gone. I highly recommend Kassidy!
When we reached out for service, Kassidy immediately responded. Our meet & greet went well giving us confidence that she would take good care of Beau & Lucy. When we were gone, we received many photos & good reports. Kassidy even took on the task of caring for Beau’s chronic ear problem, which is not a joyful thing to do! She was outstanding & was very reasonable with her daily rate.

Kassidy generously welcomed Tucker into her home for 2 weeks. Pictures she sent showed he was having a great time with her dog. Kassidy was very communicative ahead of the stay so I was confident she would take great care of him!
Kassidy was faithful sending pictures and updates. She took on watering plants and kept my plants alive. I was able to relax and have a great time knowing Kassidy had everything under control!
Kassidy did an amazing job house sitting our 2 boys over this past weekend. Never once were we left questioning if they were in good hands. She communicated well, followed our care instructions, and left the house exactly how she found it. Highly recommend her services. The pics and vids of our boys made us laugh (and miss them a little too much). Will be using her again in the future!

Schedule
I have minimal appointments (2 hour long weekly standing & sporadic others) and errands (school drop off and pickup) so I can be available to care for your pet nearly 24/7

Safety, trust & environment
Caring for your dog at your home, I would follow whatever routine, usual/best practices you have for them there. At my apartment, there is a large open grassy area right behind my building and a great walking/bike path, but it is NOT fenced so I would be taking out any dog myself on a leash. If I needed to leave my apartment for an appointment/errand and could not bring your dog along, I would want to crate to ensure there's no accidents while unsupervised in a strange environment.

A typical day
Truly depends on the dog, but walks are a given, I have several paths to choose from. I enjoy trying to capture pretty photos, some fur babies are more cooperative than others, I'll go to the dog park if possible, I also have a SniffSpot subscription to find a private fenced space for play
