“We are a repeat customer. Daniela is our go-to person, who we can leave our pup with peace of mind whenever we cannot take her on our trips. I can tell that Belle enjoys her stay with Daniela and her family.”

“Skye and Sadie had the best time at Alma's. As much as I miss them I know that they are enjoying their vacation as much as I am enjoying our vacation! I highly recommend Alma's as the best place to board your dog or use for daycare in Novato. Tina Mc”

“Kristofer was absolutely amazing. He keep me updated on how she was doing with plenty of pictures and videos. She seemed right at home with him and his family. I will definitely be using him again in the very near future.”

“What an amazing experience. Our family traveled out of state for 5 days and finding a sitter for our Labrador had us nervous since we’d be far away of an emergency arose. Not only were our worries removed immediately meeting Rey but the whole family was amazing. We received multiple pics/videos every day showing our Bear having an amazing stay. As if this excellent care wasn’t enough, they even gave our Bear a bath just before pick up. We’ll be booking every time we need a sitter!! 10/10!!”

“My dogs LOVED their stay with Aspen, which made me feel so much better about leaving them. Aspen and Wendy sent pictures and texts throughout the week telling me about how my girls were doing. They were very flexible about drop off and pick up times as well. I’m very happy and will definitely be using Aspen again.”

“Amanda, is very knowledgeable about dog behaviors and possible remedies. She offered some great tips for problem behaviors which I have already put to use. She is even shared breed specific tips that were helpful to know.”

“Paul & Courtney are the perfect fit for our two dogs. Great with communication and sending pictures was a very nice bonus. We will be coming back again. I will be recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you for such a worry free experience.”

“We were unexpectedly informed that we couldn't bring our beloved pet, Cholula, to the Airbnb. Since my wife has always preferred to have Cholula cared for by family, we were faced with the choice of either using Rover or canceling our trip. We decided to try Rover and arranged a meet-and-greet with Shane, who seemed like a wonderful person. He was willing to care for Cholula on the same day. The backyard was lovely, and the other dogs were well-behaved, allowing Cholula to adapt quickly. Throughout the three days and two nights, Shane provided us with updates and sent photos of Cholula, which greatly eased our minds. Thank you very much.”

“Angel is such a blessing to our family. From the moment we met her, we were completely put at ease and even excited to have our fur babies stay with her. While we were gone, she was fantastic about communication and letting us know how our pups were doing. She sent pics and videos, all of which showed how our girls were living their little vacation away from home. Thanks so much Angel! We look forward to having her watch our babies again!”

“Gizmo and we thank you for the wonderful care you gave him. He came happy and exhausted from playing with new friends! He’ll see you in a month for a longer visit. We are so appreciative of your care!”

“Got lots of pics and videos of my little baby while I was away and that was awesome. This was my first time using Rover and would surely book with Stephanie & Rollson again!”

“Thanks again Deanna, for the great care you provided these past 3 weeks for Finn while we were away. Your promptness in responding to questions, reliability and kindness towards our pet is very much appreciated! Receiving messages with photos is such a nice bonus - it really gives the pet owner peace of mind.”
“It is such a joy for us to have Juanita and Simon take such good care of Denali. It makes leaving her easier knowing they spoil her. Denali thinks sleeping on the bed at night is the best. Thanks for all you do for her!”
“Mindy exceeded our expectations. Our original reservation at a boarding facility fell through at the last minute, and Mindy was very flexible and we were able to set up an interview a few days prior to our departure. Eliot was obviously very well taken care of and had a ton of fun playing with other dogs and got a lot of personalized attention. I loved that he was not locked in a kennel all day and was treated like he's part of the family. We've received daily photos/videos from Mindy, which put us at ease during our trip. We'll definitely use Mindy again in the future. Thank you Mindy!”

“Lyn and Dennis kept my Olive over a long weekend and it was clear in the pictures she sent that my pup was SUPER comfortable. I particularly liked that their own dogs are small and they don't take multiple Rover dogs at a time. Definitely recommend.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cottonwood
Daniela was wonderful with our two dogs when we dropped them off. She explained her routines which aligned with our daily routine perfectly. Daniela sent a picture and update every day and the dogs seemed very content. When we picked the dogs up from boarding, she had everything packed up and ready to go. Awesome pet care and very calm, quiet demeanor…. She is amazing!

Alexa took care of our dog Lily for two weeks, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Lily is 16 years old and a tripod, so she needs extra patience, attention, and gentle care—and Alexa gave her exactly that and more. From the very beginning, I had a good feeling. Even during the booking process, her thoughtful and responsive communication reassured me that she was the right person for the job. That instinct turned out to be absolutely right. While we were away, Alexa sent many updates and photos, which meant so much to us. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Lily was not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for and loved. It was also so heartwarming to see how well Lily fit right in with Alexa’s family, including her dog Leo. Alexa is one of those rare people who truly loves animals, and it shows in everything she does. She goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. If you’re nervous about leaving your pet with someone new—especially an older dog—I completely understand and can confidently say Alexa is someone you can trust. We would absolutely book with her again.

Alma and her husband Jon were absolutely amazing! They stepped in last minute the night before to watch our dog and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They sent consistent updates, which we really appreciated, and it was clear our dog was well cared for and comfortable the entire time. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter—would 100% trust them again and highly recommend!
