Angel even sent me frequent pictures and updates on Monroe’s behavior. It’s clear that the Lotus family understands their clients, both human and canine. Thanks for a great experience!”
“I couldn’t be happier with the care my pup Lola received! 😊 Roy and his family were amazing from start to finish—super communicative, kind, and clearly they have a genuine love for animals. My girl warmed up to everybody right away, which says a lot. I got regular updates, cute photos, and total peace of mind while I was away. Lola had a lot of walks, which she loves 😊 She came back happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!”

“Thanks Amanda for watching my two dogs for ten days and all the pictures you sent us! I was worried about them coming home with a few bad behaviors for just being in a new inviroment for so long but they are as well behaved as ever! I appreciate you!!”

“Our pups got their own vacation while staying with Janean! She took extraordinary care of our boys and they had such an amazing time being a part of her family. From the wonderful yard to hang out in and watching the horses to just snuggling while watching tv, our boys lived the high life! Knowing that the boys were in such a great environment made our trip stress free. Janean even made sure to bundle the boys up in an adorable vest when the weather started getting cold. Janean’s love for animals is apparent in the attention she gives the animals in her care. I highly recommend Janean!!”
“Ashley did wonderful with our 2 cats. One is super timid and the other is a giant bully. The cats surprised both of us by being the best guests! Ashley thank you again for watching my special cats, you rock!”

“Our two pups had a fantastic time at Juanita's! We received daily updates and felt confident that they were in great hands while we were traveling. Her home and fenced in property are perfect for the dogs to have room to run and play while staying safe.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
