“From the beginning, Daniela was communicative and eager to care for our girl, Loosey. When certain things didn’t make sense about Rover to me, she was able to clarify without leaving me feeling anything other than better informed. Daniela and her family were so sweet and gentle with Loosey. They were busy between both children’s birthdays, and Christmas, but still we’re willing to hang out with Loosey while I was away. She even got to go with them on a couple family adventures. Daniela sent me pictures and updates the entire time I was away. I also accidentally grabbed Loosey’s leash by habit when I dropped her off and they just didn’t make a big deal about it and I was able to send them money for a new one. I was initially very nervous about leaving Loosey with strangers (this was our first time using rover), but as soon as we had our meet and greet I knew that Loosey was in good hands and I was able to relax a little and enjoy my time off from work. “We booked a week stay with Alma over the Memorial Holiday to travel back to NYC for my daughter's graduation. We have two large 70+# Labs that are very friendly and playful and sometimes don't realize they are not lap dogs. I moved back to the area and so did not have a regular dog caretaker; Alma took the time so we could have a pre-visit to see where the dogs would be and get to know Alma and Alma to get to know the dogs. Everything worked out great, we received almost daily updates with pictures of the dogs having fun while in NYC. Great on communications and updates with follow through, definite recommendation and when the time comes for us to travel sans dogs, we will be looking her up again.”

About: I have most of my experience caring for dogs, but I also have experience watching cats as well. Along with caring for my own dog, I currently help look after three other family dogs that I live with. My responsibilities include feeding, daily walks and hikes, vet visits, administering post-surgery care, and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Most of my pet sitting experience has been through friends and family. I’ve stayed overnight at clients’ homes to care for two adult dogs at a time, especially when owners wanted someone present with the dogs as much as possible. I did this over a couple of summers for stays lasting around 1–2 weeks at a time. I also regularly help care for a family member’s mini poodle while they travel, either by bringing her to my home or stopping by for potty breaks, feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. About: Both my wife and I have had dogs since we were born. We both grew up in families that bred labs. We’ve cared for brand new pups to one of our late dogs as she battled heart failure. We are no strangers to caring for dogs in all walks of life. Training them from 8 weeks old and handling medications in their senior years. We currently own two Goldens. Leo who will be 8 this year and Liberty who will be 4. Leo has spent every year in the woods with us as well as Liberty who also plays show dog in the conformation ring on weekends. They are both sweethearts and get crawled on daily by our 2 year old son. My wife also groomed dogs in college and we have set her up with a dog washing room in our barn fully set up with a portable water heater for those cold months. We would care for any dog like our own. They would have plenty of fun time outside playing and a comfortable place to sleep while they’re here. I work from home and my wife is a stay at home mom with our son. She handles the house and our 7 acres of land. Caring for your pet would be an easy addition to our daily schedule as we care for our own. We have a large fenced in back yard and would supervise them when out. When we are gone and when we go to bed at night we will crate dogs to ensure their safety as well as their comfort of having their own space. We also keep dogs separate when feeding. Keeping dogs safe, comfortable and happy is most important to us just like we would expect of someone watching our two sweet Goldens.

About: Hello Everyone, I have owned dogs in the past, my wife has noticed that dogs will almost instantly bond with me. I have had success with pet sitting for friends. I also have fostered many dogs including a whole litter of puppies from the Arizona Small Dog Rescue in Phoenix as well as adopted a maltipoo named chopsticks from them. I am someone who works full time working from home. I am flexible throughout the day. During the meet and greet we can discuss schedules. I understand your needs for each animal is different. I want to understand your pets boundaries when I come into their space. I understand how important walks and exercise is for the mental and physical health of any pet. I take care of my sisters dogs I also started house sitting and dog sitting, walking , feeding, bathing, and watering the plants and feeding the chickens at my bosses house, when he goes on vacations and also neighbours and friends dogs. Also I walk dogs for a lady who has ms. I am a dog lover and all dogs love me back. I had 3 chihuahuas that passed away from old age and now I have a rescue and he is amazing! I would care for your fur baby like it’s my own. I currently am working part time. I do have time to spend time and take care of your pets! If I have to go to work I will make sure your dog is fed and goes potty as well as after I get off work. I have 1 dog. He is a chihuahua mix rescue, we live in an apartment. He is free to rome around the apartment. My dog can eat when ever he wants. But if that is not the case for your dog. I feed them following your rules. I take my dog potty breaks every 4 hours .
About: I love dogs I grew up with a dog and as an adult I have had 2 dogs. Right now I have no dogs, so I can help out! I’m retired military and have also worked for a veterinarian clinic and as a dental assistant, so I am equipped to handle special needs. I have an open schedule, just let me know how long I am allowed to leave the dog alone ex: grocery store visit or what not. I will let them out as often as needed and snuggle them and play if they want to play. We can go on walks or just stay home depending on dog.

I moved back to the area and so did not have a regular dog caretaker; Alma took the time so we could have a pre-visit to see where the dogs would be and get to know Alma and Alma to get to know the dogs. Everything worked out great, we received almost daily updates with pictures of the dogs having fun while in NYC. Great on communications and updates with follow through, definite recommendation and when the time comes for us to travel sans dogs, we will be looking her up again.”

They have 2 beautiful golden retrievers that got along so well with her, a big backyard for all her energy, and they even stayed up with her puppy training!
