“Melissa did a superb job of taking care of my little Bailey. She updated me and sent me pictures periodically throughout the day. She also updated me and how many times Bailey was eating and using the bathroom. They had a big fenced in backyard which gave Bailey all the opportunity in the world to explore, sniff, and tire herself out before snoozing on their couch all night. Melissa will be my go to when traveling from now on!”

“Alana and family were great hosts for our little Xena. They treated her like family and took care of her without any issue. They have an adorable doggy area, went on walks and cuddled a bunch! Xena was very happy :) thank you and can’t wait for our next stay!”

About: I am a professional dog walker and pet sitter with over twenty years of hands on experience caring for animals. I recently moved to Suffolk County, New York from the Upper West Side of Manhattan after closing my small business in the city. Long Island has been an amazing change for us and we truly love being here. Animals have always been a huge part of my life and have shaped my career for more than two decades. Now that I work from home, I find myself really missing the daily connection with pets. I am certified in pet grooming and have experience in animal behavior as well as light training. I love teaching dogs fun tricks like giving kisses and building trust with them through patience and consistency. I also have experience working as a veterinary technician and receptionist, which has given me a strong understanding of animal health and communication with pet owners. I still maintain several wonderful clients from my time in Manhattan and I am excited to grow my services here in Suffolk County and meet new dogs and their families. Ralph was incredible!! This was Calvin’s first time being watched by someone he hadn’t met previously and he was super comfortable with Ralph! He slept the whole car ride home to Boston because he was so tired from his two walks & playing. If we are local again, we would definitely rebook Ralph :)
