About: I've grown up with dogs all my life. My Eagle Scout project was to help create storage and kits for a dog rescue agency and since then I've helped foster 5 dogs and doggysat for numerous friends and family. I give dogs my time and attention and try to pay attention to their preferences and habits. I am a college student so I have flexibility to care for animals during summer and winter breaks. I love being able to chill on the couch next to dogs so they feel cared for and loved. I have a fenced yard and two very sweet dogs who have been mentors to our foster dogs. About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. Growing up, I lived with two tuxedo cats who completely stole my heart. As I got older, I took on many of their daily care responsibilities, including feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, playing with them, and making sure they felt loved and comfortable. They are the absolute best of friends. I’m inseparable from my dog. He is an Akita-Husky mix who recently just celebrated his 12th birthday. When I’m not at work teaching, I’m usually bringing him on adventures. From strolls through Port Jefferson, to hiking upstate to road trips to Connecticut, he has definitely become quite the explorer. It is my hope to be able to meet your four-legged family member and to help put your mind at ease knowing your furbabies are safe and cared for :) I’m currently a teacher and off for the summer so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies as much as you need :) Your trust is the most important thing to me. About: An all animal lover - lived on a horse farm for 19 years, along with chickens, dogs, and a pig or two. I have owned two Great Danes, a Blue Heeler, a Shiba Inu, a two Corgis. I am prior certified nurse assistant, and mother of two. Compassionate and kind in a professional manner. Energetic and athletic. Caters to all animal care needs. I work well with excited, jumpy dogs. Hours: 10am - 3pm. Time Blocks: 10am-12pm, 11am-1pm, 12pm-2pm, 1pm-3pm. Weekends: 10am-5pm Holidays and weather conditions are subject to change. In cases of extremely hot weather, modification of the walks are necessary. Snow and other conditions are TBD day of service. Especially attentive to pet parents routine’s, walking routes, preferred leads/harness, allergies, medications, and puppy care if needed. All needs are catered directly to your dog. About: I have taken care of my own dogs since I was little and used to dog watch part time for a doggy daycare when help was needed. Pet care fits into my routine because it is something that I want to put my time and effort into, I have extra time while not working and want to spend it with animals. About: All my life I have lived with cats. My dream pet would be a mini pig, I truly love all animals (except bugs lol). I have taken care of 6 indoor cats & 4 kittens throughout my life, over 20 outdoor cats and I've helped out my neighbors by walking their dogs. Every walk I take any pup on I make sure to bring my pooper scooper (with bags of course), a portable water bowl, some balls, a spare leash, collar lights (in case I'm walking the pup at night), and some treats! And for the kitties, I'll bring a variety of cat toys! When your pet is with me I can guarantee they will be well taken care of! I currently am a stay at home mom of a beautiful 7 year old & newborn so my schedule is fairly flexible to take care of any of your animals needs! My cats are always happy and healthy. I made sure to get almost everything I feel would be necessary to ensure the animals I take care of them they will be safe and happy.
