Not only did they put us completely at ease, but we were in a situation where we didn’t have service and I still randomly got multiple photos/videos/updates everyday even though they knew they might not go through.. which I so appreciated. They went above and beyond treating him like family and when we picked him up he was even freshly washed with all his mats brushed out, cuter and floofier than when we left him!!
