“Stephanie did a fantastic job house sitting and watching our two pups. Communication was top notch including lots of cute pics giving us piece of mind, knowing that the pups were well cared for a happy while we were away. Returned home to a clean house with happy pups. The best overall quality with Stephanie is her excellent communication…. She always responds timely which is appreciated. 10/10, I do recommend.”

“Kimberly was absolutely phenomenal!! We’ve never left our dogs with anyone that wasn’t family before so we were extremely nervous leaving for a 5 day trip. She came for a meet & greet and was lovely with the dogs. During our stay she sent over 300 photos- we absolutely loved it! It felt like we never left because we saw so many photos of our dogs. We even joked that they didn’t even miss us because they looked so happy. She gave a run down of what was going on each day and was super patient when our one dog gave her a hard time in the beginning when she was coming into the house. Overall, I could not recommend someone enough. Our dogs loved her and we came home to a clean home and happy, healthy pups!! Will definitely be booking with her again next time we leave town. It made our vacation so much more enjoyable knowing the dogs were in good hands.”

“Great care! We felt very comfortable leaving our high maintenance chihuahua with them for a week. They communicate well and leave the house in perfect condition.”

“Tobi came over and dog/house sat over the weekend. She did a great job! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She has great communication and very attentive.”

About: Hello! I have had dogs on and off since birth, from chihuahuas to large shepherds. I also spent time as a veterinary technician and managed a pet boarding facility. I have some availability in the mornings during the week, lunchtime local to me, and my evenings during the week are very open. I am also ok with watching pets at your home if needed. I hold a valid Level One Fingerprint Card, as well as extensive experience caring for various pets, either personally or as part of past employment.
About: I've had family dogs for most of my life and have experience with dogs ranging from newborn to senior! I always loved helping take care of them, as well as watching dogs of family friends or neighbors as I grew up. I have walked and boarded several of my friends dogs and love getting to experience new pups! I currently have my own furry friend named Ekko. She is a 5 year old Newfoundland that loves everyone and everything. I got her when she was 8 weeks old and have gone through training classes with her, socialized her to dogs with many different personalities, and would love to open up our home to your pet! She is very comfortable with cats as well and will respect their space if they prefer not to interact. I currently work full-time and will be out of the house for about 8 hours a day. I work close to home and can stop by during my lunch hour if needed, that is no problem. I normally take my dog on a short walk early in the morning before it gets too warm and let her out in the backyard when I get home from work. On weekends, I will be home all day and am able to let them outside frequently. For hotter days, we have a hose and often have Ekko outside for a short amount of time to play in the water! I have a fenced in yard and a very energetic pup to help keep yours entertained! We live in a two story house and your pup is free to roam. My dog, Ekko, is a 5 year old Newfoundland that is just a fluff ball of love. She loves being around other dogs and is willing to play, share toys, or just chill! I can crate her and keep contact to a minimum if preferred. At night, she will be in her crate upstairs and your pup will have downstairs to themselves. I have an extra crate that can be used, if needed. I normally let Ekko go free into the backyard, though I will keep an eye out for safety. If this does not work with your pup, I will take them on a leashed walk as well!

“I felt comfortable right away when I met Chris at meet and greet. She was very attentive, and asked great questions. She did not disappoint! She took excellent care of my pets! I highly recommend Chris and I will hire her again in the future.”

“Griffin took care of my 2 rescue pups for an in-home pet sitting booking March, 2024. My pups had a rough start in life, and one of my girls is fearful of change. Griffin came for a meet & greet as well as 2 follow up visits at my request to ensure that the pups were comfortable and familiar with him. He stayed in my home and gave my girls a lot of time and TLC! It did not take my fearful gal long to know that Griffin was a lovable caregiver! Griffin followed my instructions carefully with feeding & treats. I came back to very calm pups. Griffin was very respectful of my home, which I appreciated! I highly recommend Griffin for your in-home or stop-by pet sitting needs!!”

“My dogs loved him and he left the home as it was when started. Twice he had to be gone 8-10 hours for his handyman job with Angie’s list but the dogs did fine. One night though he slept on couch and left the back door open all night long not sure if he was exhausted or sleepy? We live in a safe area and with 3 labs everyone knows they are there.”

About: Hello! My name is Ava, and I’m a certified veterinary assistant with 8 years of experience working in a 24/7 emergency animal hospital and a kennel/boarding facility. I currently work from home full-time while continuing my education, which allows me to be flexible and attentive to your pet’s needs. My assistant who has 13 years of experience in doggy day care and boarding is also home full time. We are excited to begin our pet care services! Before joining Rover, we provided long-term boarding for foster dogs and cats, caring for them anywhere from a few weeks to six months, until their original families or new adoptive families were able to make space for them. As a veterinary assistant, I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and sizes, including seniors, special needs pets, and those requiring daily medications or special monitoring. I also have experience with overnight pet and house sitting, as well as multiple daily drop-in visits while families are on vacation. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities. I’m available on all days of the week. I live in a one-story house with a large, fully fenced-in backyard with turf. Perfect for playing fetch in a safe neighborhood. I also have two friendly senior dogs of my own, who you’ll see featured in several of my photos. I'm very flexible Monday–Sunday and open to one-time, short-term, daily, or weekly long-term, or extended care (more than 10 consecutive days and no more than 3 months). We understand firsthand how important extended care can be; there was a time when we had to board 4 of our own dogs for about 3–4 months due to a storm that flooded the house. I do require a complimentary in-person meet and greet for new clients before your booking appointment for house sitting and drop-in visits. This helps ensure that your pet feels comfortable and safe with me. When I arrive at your home, I’ll slowly introduce myself to your pets while we sit and talk for about 30 minutes. During this time, we’ll go over your pet’s routine and any special requests, all while I give your fur baby plenty of gentle attention and love. After that, we’ll do a brief tour of your home so you can show me where everything is. At the end of the meet and greet, you can either: Hand me a house key or garage opener, or provide your garage/front door code (at least a day before your booking). Please note: if there is an active bed bug or head lice situation in the home, I will not be able to provide services there. I truly appreciate your honesty and understanding of this policy. I am currently at home full-time while continuing my education, and my assistant works from home full-time. For boarding and house sitting, I travel: Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Florence. If you’re in Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Apache Junction, Scottsdale, or staying in a 4-star hotel, feel free to send me a message, and we can work something out. *** I offer pickup and drop off services for boarding*** I’m very flexible Monday–Sunday and open to one-time, short-term, long-term, or extended care. I understand firsthand how important extended care can be; there was a time when I had to board four of my own dogs for about 3–4 months. “Nothing can keep me from your fur ball.” 🐾 I will follow the instructions you leave for me to make sure your furry family is comfortable while you're enjoying yourself without worry. While your dog, cat, or small exotic animal is with me, I’ll keep you updated with adorable photos and thoughtful messages. I know how important it is to feel connected to your baby, even when you’re away. Your pet’s safety and happiness are our top priorities. About: I’ve had dogs in my home since I was 4 years old and got my first dog of my very own at 8. I also have fostered for two or three rescues in the valley for mostly puppy fosters. I have experience with many breeds! I work full time at the hospital as a CNA so I’m hoping to do this kinda part time but will fill in as much as a I can as well as overnight care, I know how hard it can be to have an animal and travel and work and all that stuff. I have a block wall fence yard. Currently it’s just dirt but I have a nice house for dogs or cats etc. I have 4 dogs of my own. They all love people and other animals.

“Andie cared for my home and 2 cats while I was away. She sent an update within first 24 hours & left my house cleaner than I left it. She responded quickly to questions & did not hesitate when I asked if she could stay an additiona day. Thank you Andie!”

“We recently hired Jacklyn to take care of our 16-year-old dog for 2 weeks while we were away. We were fortunate to find an amazing dog sitter who provided us with regular updates and kept the house clean. She also made sure to get our dog's special food when needed. We were extremely satisfied with her services and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. We will definitely use her services again in the future.
