“She is the only sitter I trust with Rocket. She sends me photos and regular updates on how he is doing. Our dog has plenty of play space and other children to play with.”

“Very pleased with most services that Clint had provided for Mosi care while I was away. The only thing that I wished was to be giving to Mosi was his pre-and probiotics on a daily basis like I requested. . Other than that, the Pictures that was sent to me daily was outstanding, I very well appreciate it and I appreciate the care that was given to Mosi at Clint and Kerri’s home. thank you so much, I would recommend you guys to the world.”

“Julie and James were amazing! This was the first time I have ever left my dogs with anyone., She made me feel at ease. Julie sent pictures and communicated with me every step of the way. When we came home my dogs are even better behaved then when I dropped them off. I would definitely take my dogs there again and would recommend her and her family.”

“Thank you for everything you did and coming out extra because you couldn’t find orange chicken that meant a lot. I’m gonna leave a tip just on this reservation that I had with you cause I can’t seem to figure out how to do it on the cats reservation. But it’s for both the dog and the cats.”

“Meagan has such a warm, kind energy — the kind you can feel the moment you walk in. Her daughter is the sweetest little keeper of the dogs, and Luna took to them both instantly. Before the stay, Meagan asked thoughtful, detailed questions that really put me at ease. I also loved the photos she sent throughout the visit. What really impressed me was how calmly and intentionally she introduced Luna to the other dogs to make sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. You can tell she truly understands dog behavior and wants every pup to feel at home. I was honestly surprised to see how confidently Luna walked around her space — like she already belonged there. That says everything about the level of love and peace in that house. When I picked Luna up, she looked genuinely happy and relaxed. I will definitely be booking with Meagan again during my next conference. Highly recommend!”

“Kelly & Kris took a last minute booking for my 2 pups. Both Kris & Kelly were soooo friendly, my dogs were comfy immediately. So happy to have found them, definitely will be dog-sitting my babies again. Thanks Kelly & Kris!”

Ashley kept us updated with tons of pictures and even made Otis some delicious puppy pancakes that he clearly loved. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be using them again in the future!”

“There are so many good things about amberae and her husband! They both took care of my baby girl Grace so well, they treated her as if she was their own! I appreciate how much amberae would update with puppy pics everyday. I know my girl can be very hyper and crazy at times but she handled it with so much care and patience. Definitely recommend for your fur babies to pay a visit with them! 😊”
“My pups are so exhausted! Thank you so much for watching my 2 dogs! Seems like they had such a great time since they are ready for a nap after getting home. They are so happy and well taken care of. Thank you for the multiple photos and updates each day. We are blessed they had such a fantastic time with you all! Until next time!”

Cynthia constantly kept us updated with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear that she genuinely loves dogs and treats them like her own. She is incredibly kind, trustworthy, and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will 100% continue to use her in the future. Highly recommend!”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
