“Kathleen took fantastic care of our four cats! She was friendly and clear in all of our communications and was very meticulous in dealing with any of the cats' eccentricities (of which there are certainly a few). Her reports after each visit were always prompt, and it was extremely reassuring to know that everyone was being well taken care of while we were traveling. We'll certainly be seeing if Kathleen is available again in the future, and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind caretaker for their furry family members. :)”

“Chelsea watched our two cats for a week, and was so wonderful! She sent us very thorough updates, lots of pictures every day, and made sure they got lots of play time with their favorite toys. Chelsea pet sat for us over Christmas, and we are so grateful for her accommodating our holiday travel plans. I didn’t worry once while we were away and felt confident that they were in very good hands. Thank you for keeping our boys happy and safe while we were out of town!”

“Steven was very communicative and took excellent care of our cat. We really appreciate his giving us a call and adjusting his care routine when it seemed like our cat might need a slight change in diet. We won’t hesitate to book again!”

About: Ived taken care and loved many dogs growing up I’m very experienced with dogs of any age, family and friends have replied on me to sit for their pets while away on trips At the moment I’m home all day morning and afternoon, once I’m back at work I will be mostly available afternoons and weekends but willing to make schedule changes I live in an apartment with a small fenced patio but will mostly be taking your fur baby out for walks and potty breaks, I currently do not have any other dogs or cats.
About: I grew up around animals. I love having pets and have taken care of a lot of them growing up. I have had dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, fishes, chicks and more. I love spending time with all pets! Pet care is something I do everyday. In the mornings, I take my dogs out for a walk and then another walk free I get back from work. I clean out my cat’s litter weekly and clean their food and waters bowls everyday. When it comes to taking care of your pet, I have full availability this summer! I can work mornings, do drop-ins and house sits if needed. I have a large backyard that can be used for playtime and a large crate if needed. I also have different types of toys and treats for both cats and dogs. I have spare leashes if needed, and of course quality time with your fur babies! When walking your pets, I’ll make sure of having everything they need such as their leash, collar, shoes, and a small water bowl for hot days. If they go to the park, I’ll bring their toys and play with them until it’s time to go.
About: I’ve cared for puppies, dogs, cats, rats, and guinea pigs in addition to fostering dozens of kittens, especially those needing extra socialization, medical care, or other special support. I currently share my days with a small dog, two cats, and backyard chickens. I’ve also been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family for decades. I love getting to know each animal’s unique personality. Whether your pet wants a brisk walk, playful attention, quiet company, or help taking their medicine, I make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Please reach out with any questions, thank you! I am happy to take care of your cats, dogs, or small animals at your home. I am available to take your dog for safe walks on-leash or spend playtime together in the backyard. Would prefer a meet and greet with your pet where we can discuss your pet's health/medication if applicable, any preferences they have, and specific schedule details.
About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats. Growing up, I helped care for my family’s Golden Retriever, which gave me experience with feeding, walking, playtime, grooming, and providing daily care. I currently own a cat of my own, so I am very familiar with feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, administering basic care, and making sure pets feel comfortable and loved. I am comfortable with all aspects of pet care, including feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning up after pets, giving updates to owners, and following specific care instructions. I understand that every pet has unique needs and I always strive to provide a safe, reliable, and caring experience. I currently work part-time at an ice cream shop, but I have flexible availability throughout the week. I am generally more available during the daytime on weekdays and can provide drop-in visits on both weekdays and weekends. I always communicate my availability in advance and only accept bookings that I can fully commit to, ensuring your pet receives reliable and attentive care. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow the owner's instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special care needs. During drop-in visits, I make sure pets have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of attention and playtime. I treat every home with respect and provide photo and message updates so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your pet.

About: Although I currently do not have a dog of my own, I have had dogs in my family since I was 8 years old and have learned that they can have the best and funniest personalities and I love making a dog feel welcome anywhere and that they always know that somebody cares for them the way they care for their owner. I’ve been pet sitting for over 3 years and currently have a cat so i know how to take care of them as well in case you have both cats and dogs! I’m currently attending Woodland Community College and am a associates graduate of the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Since I only go to school and am trying to work remotely, I’ll have plenty of time for your pets and most if not all afternoons of the week can walk them. I constantly make sure my pets are okay with what they’re eating, drinking, how they act, if it’s unusual or usual and take a pet’s physical and mental health very seriously as I’ve had to put down many of my family’s own dogs in the past when they became ill and know the emotional toll it can be for the owners.
About: I grew up with pets most of my life, and attended dog training classes with my mom starting at a young age. I have had my own pets the last 13 years (dogs, cat and bunny). I would be willing to help train puppies, even though I am not a certified trainer. I can also assist in training to loose leash walk, crate training, etc. Willing to do limited bathing and grooming for an additional fee, to be determined upon request, detailed request needed. I have been grooming my Portuguese water dogs most of my adult life, I have had to maintain a show quality coat. I'm not a professional groomer, but I know my way around clippers and scissors. I was recently laid off, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I am available pretty much anytime currently, weekdays and weekends. I treat all animals in my care as my own, with respect and love, whether they need a play buddy or just someone to cuddle, I try to give them what they need
“Audrey did an awesome job watching my cats, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. My cats loved Audrey back, as evidenced by pics of them crawling all over Audrey, lol! The litter box was clean, and they were fed and happy when I got home too, just like I was hoping. Audrey was kind and pleasant to be in contact with.”

“Jazmine is super communicative, responsible, and accommodating! This was my first time booking on Rover and Jazmine made the process super easy. She always updated me promptly each visit throughout the 2 weeks we were gone and sent pictures and videos. We have 3 cats and 1 of them is still a kitten so I felt a sense of relief knowing that he was getting play time with her and that our cats had company and someone checking on them every day. When we had problems like my kitten constantly splashing water out of their water fountain and flooding our floor, Jazmine offered to drop by and help handle the situation even outside of her hours. She regularly offered additional assistance to take care of the cats as needed! I really appreciate that she went above and beyond to care for our kitties and I’d happily rebook and recommend her to others!”

About: Hi, my name is Jacky! 👋🏽 I’m a dedicated and experienced pet sitter who truly treats every pet like my own. I’ve fostered dogs in the past, which means I’m comfortable working with a wide range of personalities—including shy, energetic, or more sensitive pups who need extra patience and care. At home, I have three dogs—a Chihuahua/Yorkie mix, a Poodle/Maltese mix, and a Shiba/Husky mix—so I’m very familiar with different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. Whether your pet loves playtime, long walks, or just relaxing and cuddling, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I always provide updates, photos, and clear communication for peace of mind. My goal is to make your time away stress-free—for both you and your pet! I maintain a consistent routine with feeding, walks, playtime, and regular potty breaks. I do work, but I plan my schedule to ensure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and care, along with regular updates. I provide safe, structured care with extra crates and a friendly, energetic Shiba/Husky to help burn energy and be a playful companion. In clients’ homes, I follow routines closely and give updates.
About: I have lived with pets all my life and have over 6 years of professional experience in all kinds of animals (including but not limited to) birds, reptiles, and amphibians. I have 1 green cheek conure, 1 desert tortoise, 2 cats, and 1 dog myself. I can medicate your animals, but also help with training, exercise, grooming, and other enriching or basic husbandry care. I’ve recently moved to Woodland to help my sister with her kids, which leaves me some time for myself but not enough for a full time job. That’s where pet sitting comes in for me. Animal care is an important thing to me, and I love to know I’m helping your pet live their best life. Most pets will be comfortable in their own home so I can make house trips at least twice a day, perhaps more depending on where you are located respective to me. If you’d like me to take your little one into my own home, we can talk about it and go from there :)

I have had no less than 3 cats my entire life, and am always helping the local strays as well, so I have loved cats of every type of personality and special need. I take my pup with me just about everywhere, so I have a lot of experience being out and about with a canine companion. My dog doesn't like other dogs, so I am also comfortable caring for pups that prefer not to be around other dogs. If you're looking to give your pup an extra special day out at a new park, I would love to bring them on an adventure! If your dog and/or cat is all about routine, I've got you. Playtime? I am so there! Or maybe your little one is a bit anxious and just wants some scratches and snuggles - I am here to make them feel safe and loved while you are away. <3 Whatever they need most, I am here to provide. I am a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, and as such, I have an extremely flexible schedule, so I can be available whenever it is that you need me the most! I always have access to my own car, so even if you need your pup taken to an appointment or to their most special favorite park, I am happy to do so. If you're looking for someone to stay with your pet all day and/or night, everything I need to do my freelance work is portable, so I can give your little one all the attention they deserve. :) I am the master of catering to the needs of all different types of pet personalities, as I have 4 cats and 1 dog of my own, all very unique from one another. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
