About: Hello! My pet experience consists of having my own doggy for the past 20 years. I rescued my older dog and then got a new puppy. My old Rose passed away but I had to give her eye medication and oral medication everyday so I am comfortable with that. I also grew up with family dogs and cared for those dogs. My availability to watch your dog is very flexible. I work from home a most days a week so it is a high chance that I could work from home while caring for your pup. I am a very caring person. I have a PhD in human development and family science and work in the social work field. I have a giant heart and would love to care for your doggie! As a stay-at-home worker, pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent attention, timely feedings, regular potty breaks, and plenty of play and cuddle time. My flexible schedule means I can easily accommodate pets’ needs, whether that’s sticking to a specific routine or being available for spontaneous walks and care. Being home also helps me monitor behavior closely and respond quickly to any changes, making pets feel secure, loved, and well looked after. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment tailored to each animal’s needs. In my home, pets have access to cozy rest areas, regular outdoor time, and plenty of affection and play throughout the day. I maintain a calm, clean space and follow any routines or special instructions provided. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and stick closely to the pet’s established schedule to minimize stress. We had such a great experience with Lindsay this weekend and she watched over our dog for 5 days! This was our first time using Rover so everything was new for us and for our dog Frankie. I am so happy I reached out to Lindsay! She took our booking at a late notice and was very responsive throughout the whole process and with updates/photos of our little girl. I will continue to use Lindsay in future events when she is available and no longer take Frankie to boarding. We could tell by the way our girl was acting after pick up that she very much enjoyed staying in a home more than a crowded building. 10/10 experience from us and from Frankie!
So impressed with Skyler & Dylan. This was my first time using rover and my experience with them will make me a repeat client. Sarah was a great host for our dogs while we went away for 2 weeks. She helped coronate an initial meet and greet to make sure the dogs got along and we were comfortable leaving them. She was also incredibly responsive to all texts leading up to our stay and during, as well as keeping us updated with pictures the entire time. She let our boys make themselves at home, which we really appreciated. 10/10 stay, would use her and family as a host again! Thanks so much!
If you're looking for a boarder who will go the extra mile for your pup, Kini is the guy. First off Buddy, my dog, has NEVER gotten so attached to a boarder before. I don't know what he did to win his heart, but the way Bud watched him when he was walking away, he may as well have been family! For a husky mix and only a 4/5 day stay, that's really something I don't see and won't forget. Before the boarding ever began, we had some issues with dropoff (specifically that we were late lol) but I couldn't have asked for more patience while sorting things out. Very flexible and understanding dude. Not to mention, offered to even give us a ride back home when he saw us waiting for an uber! Seriously, the definition of above-and-beyond service. Would book again. Kini, you're a gem! Thank you man!
