About: I've been a dog owner for 12 years, and a dog and pet lover my whole life! I have had to send my two dogs to heaven in the last two years, and I miss having dogs in my life, but I'm not quite ready to adopt again. But I'd love to help owners with their pets, and shower them with affection and walks and dog park visits while they are in my care. Dogs are allowed on the bed and furniture in my home, of course! I telework 3 days per week, and when I am not teleworking I work short days, and am home most evenings as well. I am also available to sit in your home as well! While I don't have a yard, I live in Del Ray with many parks, trails, and dog friends to spend time with. I'm very active and love to hike and walk.

Leila was so so great watching Pixel for us while we were out of town. She sent so many updates and pictures. We could tell Pixel was comfortable and had a good time with Leila. She even went above and beyond by dropping Pixel off at our place for us. We will definitely use her again!
I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. My 9 year old dog had had his teeth cleaned right before I left for a work trip. Helen toon such great care of him from giving him is medication, taking him on long walks, and loving him as if he was her own. She sent pictures and updates daily. I wasn't worried at any point. I highly recommend Helen as a sitter.
Jhonny was very responsive and provided multiple pictures of our dog having a great time enjoying walks during his boarding! Communication was a little less frequent than we’re used to, but it allowed us to really settle in to our trip without worrying about our dog. We returned to happy dog who had obviously settled in well with Jhonny by eating his meals and taking his meds! We will look forward to working with Jhonny again in the future.
Kasia is fantastic. During our black lab's boarding this weekend, she kept us in the loop on everything with lots of photos and video updates throughout our trip, so we always knew our pup was happy and well cared for. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, quick to respond and easy to coordinate with. We came home to a relaxed, happy doggo and never had a moment of worry while we were away. If you're looking for a boarder you can fully trust, Kasia is it. Highly recommend!
Great experience! My regular sitter wasn’t available, so I tried Victor for boarding and couldn’t be happier. They communicated clearly, sent daily photos, took my dog Yaara on walks, and spent quality time with him. Most importantly, my dog seemed relaxed and unstressed after. I’d definitely book with Victor again.

Every year I go on an important week plus business trip around Memorial Day. My most anxiety producing issue is finding the right person to take care of my now 13 1/2 year old doxie mix Bridget---who is very attached to me, my BFF, who can have some separation anxiety, but manages extremely well and is pretty amazing for her age. It's hard to to book over the holiday and can be hard to find someone in my neighborhood, Georgetown. I wasn't having a lot of luck, but when I found Omar, I knew my luck had changed! He responded quickly and told me he loved animals more than people, especially dogs, and after Bridget's stay with him, I know this to be true. He provided the companionship and extra-ordinary tender loving care that Bridget needed to be secure while I was away, especially for an older dog. It gave me peace of mind. I loved seeing my videos of Bridget while she was on her walks or just being comfy at home with Omar in his immaculate house. Omar truly is an animal whisperer and I would highly recommend him to take care of your very special member of your family.
Laura and her partner were so wonderful with Millie for a two night stay. They were super attentive and took great care of our mini dachshund (who needs a lot of attention and love). We received plenty of pics and updates, as well. I will be definitely be booking with Laura again soon!
Kruti and Aaron did a fantastic job watching my dog! I have a bigger dog who can be a handful sometimes, but they were unfazed and brought calming energy which was appreciated. They provided daily updates and communicated just the right amount so I knew he was doing well in n their care. Their building and area is very dog friendly. Highly recommend!
Michael took the best care of Chopper! Michael was super easy to work with, provided lots of pictures of Chopper’s day, and overall treated him as his own. Chopper has lymphoma, and Michael and his family were so good with him! Chopper absolutely loved his stay, and we would definitely book another stay when we head out of town next time.
