They sent me regular updates and pics, they are quick to reply to my messages and best of all, they went on walks often. My doggie came home so tired she slept all evening and the next day, which gave me time to unpack my luggage and rest after my trip. Not just that, it's the small things too. My doggie has lots of eye gunk, in every picture and when I picked her up, her eyes were very clean...even though I forgot to tell him about her eye gunk issue. They even cleaned her food jars for me. I'm so glad I found them and I will definitely use them again. 😊”
