I’m home full-time and have been a certified veterinary technician since 2009, with 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine, behavior, and humane reward based training. I also hold a certification as a Fear Free Practitioner. I’d love to welcome your dog into my home or visit yours and provide whatever they need while you’re away—extra puppy potty breaks, medication administration and monitoring, or simply a calm, loving environment where they’re treated like my own. About: I’ve been pet/housesitting for the majority of my life! Growing up I was relied on heavily by many. I was consistently approached by family, friends, and neighbors. There were quite a few people that had me as their go-to whenever they needed the help and I made a strong connection with. I always get excited when people ask me to petsit for them! On top of that, I’ve done a lot of volunteer work at animal shelters, including dog walking, cleaning, and playing. I’m currently a SPED Educational Assistant, 8am-3:30pm every weekday at a school in Portland. Anytime around that I am free and willing, but I understand if that is too large a gap in the days as far as house sitting goes. Otherwise, my weekends are entirely free, as well as my summer break! I will accommodate to whatever needs must be met for your pet! I want to make sure your fur baby is completely safe, comfortable and happy with me. Every animal is different and I love to make space for them and learn about what they like, dislike, need, as well as their quirks and personalities. Connection and trust is very important to me.

About: I grew up with taking care of our family pets since the age of 3. Growing up we had dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, rabbits and a pet raccoon that I was in charge of. My job was to feed, clean, walk, brush and just plain love on them. I know how to tend to horses, goats, dogs and other critters that may have an attitude. I will do it in a loving manner though. I will treat your pet as if it were my own. No matter the breed, size or animal I can take care of your family pets. I am very active so I have no issues getting your fur babies out for a leisurely walk. The environment will be your home, or your preferred Dog walking route. If you do not have a preference then we can talk about the neighborhood or I can take them to McCormick park trail if they behave in vehicles well.

About: I’ve owned animals since I was 10 and have cared for friends animals while they have been on travel. My animals are my family and are treated as such. I recently retired early and have time to spend at home with animals. Lots of land for exercise and all pets stay inside with me. I live on six acres with two dogs, two mini donkeys, a goat and a horse. The entire property is fenced with a barn and shelter for large animals.

About: Dogs are life. I've raised and trained several puppies, healed sick dogs with herbs and cared generally for dogs my entire life. I actually became an herbalist because I started healing dogs first. I live and work at home so I currently have all the time in the world to pamper, hike with and love up your pups.
