About: I’ve owned animals since I was 10 and have cared for friends animals while they have been on travel. My animals are my family and are treated as such. I recently retired early and have time to spend at home with animals. Lots of land for exercise and all pets stay inside with me. I live on six acres with two dogs, two mini donkeys, a goat and a horse. The entire property is fenced with a barn and shelter for large animals.

About: Dogs are life. I've raised and trained several puppies, healed sick dogs with herbs and cared generally for dogs my entire life. I actually became an herbalist because I started healing dogs first. I live and work at home so I currently have all the time in the world to pamper, hike with and love up your pups. About: Hi there! I'm new to Rover, but have been housesitting regularly since December 2024. I've had the opportunity to pet sit in Australia and throughout New Zealand with dogs and cats of various breeds and ages. I have also looked after fish and chickens. My experience ranges from caring for young puppies and kittens to older animals with health issues, including pets with arthritis, heart issues, IBD, and asmtha. I'm very diligent about managing any medication or supplements required. In the past, I've had two dogs as my own pets. One was a miniature schnauzer and the other was a mixed breed rescue. Throughout the years, I've pet sat for friends and family as well. I always love getting to know new animals and enjoy taking care of a home and any plants you may have. :) I work remotely and have a fairly flexible schedule, so I will have plenty of time to stay in with your pets and make sure they are cared for and happy. *Currently, I am fully booked for housesitting until the beginning of February. If you are interested in booking for your 2027 travel, feel free to send me a message to schedule a meet and greet. I do also offer dog walking or drop-in visits for other clients from about noon to 2 pm, so this would be a time that I may be away from the house. To ensure a good fit, I offer a 30 minute Meet & Greet prior to booking. All bookings include frequent updates and photos for your peace of mind. I am happy to have your fur babies as my close companions or give them more space if they prefer. My goal is make sure they are safe and comfortable while their family is away.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since elementary school. Training horses and dogs has been my passion. My 35 years of animal care encompasses dog sitting, training, flying cross country on cabin with pup, breeding, and rearing physically and emotionally solid pups. Kids and animals have routines to thrive. There’s always someone home to be with the dogs so no fur babe left behind on our watch. We go places the dogs can ride with us. Exploring the logging roads and nature walks are everyone’s favorite. Fenced yard and doggo doors allow for in and out as they please while at home. Routine starts with breakfast. Then it’s playtime with the kids while farm chores take place. If your dog eats 3x a day we’ll do lunch, more playtime, rest time since this is equally as important. Mental stimulation to stay sharp means using snuffle rugs, treat dispensers, hand feeding meals while reinforcing manners and obedience. My kids have a schedule and boundaries as do the animals giving everyone peace of mind.

About: I have had a variety of dog breeds my whole life. Mostly rescues across all ages. I have puppy experience as well as senior dog experience. Additionally I have done elder and developmental disability care for people. I believe in honesty, empathy, and compassion for those under my care. I am pursuing a Masters in Social Work and have an internship part time 3x per week (both remote work) , so I would like to fill the rest of my time to support myself financially ❤️ *no school/ internship until August 2026* I am very attentive and keep a close eye on pets at all times.
