I currently work a full time job, and come home on my lunch break everyday to check on my dog. There’s about 3 - 4 hours the dog may be left alone. So if you require dog boarding, your dog needs to be crate trained and I request that you bring their crate from home. I am willing to make exceptions just explain your situation. I have an unfenced at shared yard which my dog plays amazing in! Lots of space for the dogs to run and play. There are also some amazing trails and beach access near by that are perfect for nice walks.

She took excellent care of our 8-year-old indoor/outdoor tabby, and when we returned from our trip, he was relaxed, happy, and clearly very well loved. She sent us regular updates with photos and videos, spent lots of time playing with him, and even bought him some new toys. It was obvious that the two of them really bonded. She also kept an eye on an old wound he had and was very attentive to his well-being throughout our time away. She truly went above and beyond. When our cat stayed out later than usual, she walked around the neighborhood calling for him until he came home. We really appreciated how seriously she took his safety and how much she clearly cared about him. She has a big heart for animals and a very good understanding of cats. She even had some thoughtful suggestions about where we might place his food and water to make things work even better for him. She took wonderful care of our home as well. Mail and packages were brought inside, our plants were watered, and everything was extremely tidy when we returned. She even left us some fresh blueberries as a welcome-home snack, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
