I currently work a full time job, and come home on my lunch break everyday to check on my dog. There’s about 3 - 4 hours the dog may be left alone. So if you require dog boarding, your dog needs to be crate trained and I request that you bring their crate from home. I am willing to make exceptions just explain your situation. I have an unfenced at shared yard which my dog plays amazing in! Lots of space for the dogs to run and play. There are also some amazing trails and beach access near by that are perfect for nice walks.

About: Hi there! I'm new to Rover, but have been housesitting regularly since December 2024. I've had the opportunity to pet sit in Australia and throughout New Zealand with dogs and cats of various breeds and ages. I have also looked after fish and chickens. My experience ranges from caring for young puppies and kittens to older animals with health issues, including pets with arthritis, heart issues, IBD, and asmtha. I'm very diligent about managing any medication or supplements required. In the past, I've had two dogs as my own pets. One was a miniature schnauzer and the other was a mixed breed rescue. Throughout the years, I've pet sat for friends and family as well. I always love getting to know new animals and enjoy taking care of a home and any plants you may have. :) I work remotely and have a fairly flexible schedule, so I will have plenty of time to stay in with your pets and make sure they are cared for and happy. *Currently, I am fully booked for housesitting until the beginning of February. I do also offer dog walking or drop-in visits for other clients from about noon to 2 pm, so this would be a time that I may be away from the house. I am happy to have your fur babies as my close companions or give them more space if they prefer. My goal is make sure they are safe and comfortable while their family is away.

About: Dogs are life. I've raised and trained several puppies, healed sick dogs with herbs and cared generally for dogs my entire life. I actually became an herbalist because I started healing dogs first. I live and work at home so I currently have all the time in the world to pamper, hike with and love up your pups. Exploring the logging roads and nature walks are everyone’s favorite. Fenced yard and doggo doors allow for in and out as they please while at home. Routine starts with breakfast. Then it’s playtime with the kids while farm chores take place. If your dog eats 3x a day we’ll do lunch, more playtime, rest time since this is equally as important. Mental stimulation to stay sharp means using snuffle rugs, treat dispensers, hand feeding meals while reinforcing manners and obedience. My kids have a schedule and boundaries as do the animals giving everyone peace of mind.
