Since the age of 8, I’ve had the privilege of caring for a wide variety of animals—from horses and livestock to dogs, cats, and even fish. My experience comes from both personal ownership and working alongside professional trainers, always with the goal of providing well-rounded, compassionate care. During my time in the military, I was fortunate to have a few incredible opportunities to work with military working dogs—an experience that deepened my respect for animal intelligence, discipline, and emotional needs. Now that I’ve recently transitioned out of the military, I’m taking time to reconnect with the things I love most: animals, nature, and a slower pace of life. This is my passion, and what I do for work. I currently have an 8-year-old Australian Shepherd at home who’s the biggest spoiled lap dog you’ll ever meet. I am retired and spending all my time on the farm and in the woods. Your pet is welcome to join me out here in God's country. I have several fenced acres to play in, forest trails to walk, cable runs, and a warm loving home. I have a German Pointer in the home and 3 Great Pyrenees outside protecting the farm. I will do a detailed interview to determine how I can best meet your pet's needs. I have cared for a large variety of farm animals including assisting difficult births, administering both oral and injected meds, surgery recovery, wound care, suture removal, bottle feeding, wound care, seizure management, etc.
