Smile from the inside out
Growing up, my family always had a dog. We have owned all different kinds from a Chinese Shar-Pei to a Mastiff to a Shih Tzu. After I finished school at Brigham Young University in Idaho for Health Science I missed having a furry friend so I got my own. One turned into 3 over the last decade and they are each spoiled. Now that I am marrieds and we have a set up for our dogs to be fairly self-reliant I would love to aliveiate that stressful feeling for others being away from their animals while getting the joy of playing with some sweet pups.

Shelby did great and provided pictures of our dogs daily so that we could see how they were doing. We were nervous about having a stranger in our home, and were new to having a pet sitter. We usually have had family or have done a boarding facility, but with a cranky, older dog a boarding facility was not an option when going away for a family wedding destination. Shelby was very understanding and willing to work with us so that we felt comfortable while away. I would highly recommend her. When we booked her months ago we had to estimate our arrival time back home for the Rover app, but when coming home after driving for 13 hours the time I put was the last thing I was thinking about. We pretty much arrived hours earlier than she expected and unannounced. Our home was pretty much how we left it and she was just chilling with the dogs, which she didn’t necessarily have to be doing as our contract allowed for her not to stay the night and to leave for periods of time. One concern we had is would our dogs really be looked after, or would a person say they would but then not. I can safely say Shelby was here, took care of our pets, and treated our home with care.
Shelby was great. Easy to work with, sent pictures and updates of our pup everyday.
Shelby is a great Petsitter. Our dogs really like her. She does what you ask and you can count on her.
SHELBY did a great job very dependable and caring. My dog and my home were both well taken care of!!!!!
Calendar and availability
Schedule
Currently, I work from home so as long as there is Internet, I can be home with dogs or cats 24 hours a day. However, if I am away from my own home and animals for more than two days, I will need to leave briefly to ensure my dogs have water and food in there automatic feeders.

Safety, trust & environment
At my home, I do have a fenced yard and a dedicated space for additional animals. With that additional space, I am able to set up a place for them to sleep away from my animals in the home.

A typical day
At my own home, I am able to take my own dog into the backyard and play fetch with them and/or take them to the dog park. I do also have a bloodhound so we do like to work with him on forging mushrooms.
