We usually have had family or have done a boarding facility, but with a cranky, older dog a boarding facility was not an option when going away for a family wedding destination. Shelby was very understanding and willing to work with us so that we felt comfortable while away. I would highly recommend her. When we booked her months ago we had to estimate our arrival time back home for the Rover app, but when coming home after driving for 13 hours the time I put was the last thing I was thinking about. We pretty much arrived hours earlier than she expected and unannounced. Our home was pretty much how we left it and she was just chilling with the dogs, which she didn’t necessarily have to be doing as our contract allowed for her not to stay the night and to leave for periods of time. One concern we had is would our dogs really be looked after, or would a person say they would but then not. I can safely say Shelby was here, took care of our pets, and treated our home with care.
