About: I've had pets my whole life so going 50+ years. After having some bad experiences from other dog sitters, my son and I decided we could do it better. We know that our 4 dogs are our life and their well being is our top priority. I am retired so I have plenty of time to dedicate to taking care of your precious family. About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old, my senior girl I’ve had since then is 18 yrs old and still going strong! I have two big Great Pyrenees/ Saint Bernard mixes and we take them on walks regularly. I work a nine to five and am free on weekends, so I hang out and take care of my pets in the evenings when I get off work. About: I’ve had some kind of furry friend for the last 15 years, originally with a Dachshund pup to now caring for 3 cats with my wife - 2 adult and 1 senior - with all sorts of furry friends in between! Throw in our Akita for some chaotic energy as well! This included pets that required medication and/or injections as well. I’ve trained all the dogs I had with multiple methods, and manage the current training regiment for our Akita. I’m fluent in basic commands (sit, stay, heel, come) both on and off leash, and have taught additional tricks (paw, kennel) via positive reinforcement techniques. While I do work full-time, I am largely flexible due to working remotely. I would prefer any elongated visits to occur after 3pm, but am more than glad to pop in for an hour during the day. Nights and Weekends are largely free sans any travel for work. I have experience with pets from all ranges of ages and backgrounds, and can meet most special requirements as needed. About: I grew up raising my two dogs, Nike and Sparky, since they were babies. Nike is a dachshund and Sparky is a little chunky chihuahua. They are both 11 years old. “I've had Steve watch my 1 year old dog twice now and can't say enough good things about him! He is a multi-dog sitter who has been wonderful with large dog packs. Steve sends pictures and videos when ever I ask for a check in. He has been flexible with pick up and drop off. He asks all the right questions up front. Steve is my go-to sitter from now on. His home is lovely and he has a beautiful yard for the dogs to play in. Both if his own dogs are happy and so sweet to me and Jade whenever we visit. I am SO grateful to have a person so close that I fell so comfortable bringing my dog to.”
