“She was absolutely amazing with my dog and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while we were away. She was so patient with all of his needs, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. He didn’t even want to leave when we picked him up and came home happily exhausted—we’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“I’m so glad we founded Kristie, she took care of my two girls Nina and Emma for a whole day, she was messaging me, responding my texts and sending me pictures of them. They were really happy when we picked them up. Thank you Kristie for taking such good care of our girls ❤️”

“Have you heard of Ms. Rachel, the online personality that toddlers are obsessed with? Well, consider this Rachel to be the same. My 4 year old havapoo is obsessed with Rachel and we’ve only met her twice! I’ve never seen her so excited to see a Rover sitter, she’s truly at the same excitement as seeing her grandparents when I drop her off. Rachel has such an amazing intuition with dogs and can sense exactly how they’re feeling, and knows how to make them comfortable instantly. I have a very a sensitive dog who is a total lover but also needs a lot of playtime, and I’ve never trusted a sitter more than Rachel to read exactly how she’s feeling and what she needs. I’m only in Orlando for a month, and will continue to book Rachel as often as I can!! Her energy and personality will fit with any dog.”

“Leda was wonderful with our pup, Luna. She let us know how she was doing throughout the day. Leda cared so much for Luna and we really appreciated her honesty when she notified us when she felt Luna was showing signs of missing us later in the day. I have to say, Luna is not used to being without us and it was the first time we had left her for so long, so it was somewhat expected that this would happen. Anyway, Leda’s honesty helped us feel good that we left her in good hands.”

“Sara took great care of our pup, Cleo! Cleo came home happy and relaxed from her recent day care stay, and Sara kept us updated with photos and messages. Highly recommend Sara for anyone looking for a responsible and caring dog-sitter.”

About: I got my first dog when I was in 6th grade and he was a shitzu. He was the calmest dog I ever had and people told me he kind of resembled me. That was 14 years ago and I have learned a lot of patience, love, and care throughout that time. After he passed 6 years ago, I’ve continued to love animals through fostering (longest was 2 months) and dog sitting both short term and long term. While your pet stays in my home overnight, I will give all my attention to whatever needs they have. I will play with your dog as if they were my own because that is how much I I love them. My special skill is that I am patient with pretty much everything I do so when it comes to your pets, I will keep a cool head when things get “hairy”. I am currently working part time and will have plenty of time to give them attention and company. I also live in a dog friendly neighborhood with plenty of walking trails that will be perfect to explore! I try my best to treat all pets as if they were my own. I also don’t mind if they snuggle next to me on the bed or if they want to relax on the couch.
“Absolutely terrific! The whole process was extremely easy. Sending pictures of our doggies and seeing how happy and relaxed they were brought so much ease to my mind. This was our first time ever using a pet sitter and we will be using Barb for all future dog sitting needs!”

“Our pup, Petra, didn't end up staying with Marie, but it was no fault of Marie's. She wasn't feeling well, and though Marie tried her very best to coax her to stay with her, she clinged to us so badly, that we and Marie decided it was best for her not to make her stay and be so stressed out. We really appreciate the effort made by Marie!”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and grew up around dogs my whole life! Growing up, my family had three dogs and we also regularly fostered, so I’ve been around all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and routines from a young age. Now, I pet sit frequently! I’m very patient, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals! Whether it’s long walks, throwing a ball, or just keeping them company while you’re away, I always want pets to feel happy, comfortable, and loved. I know every dog is different, and I’m happy to adapt to their personality and routine! I’m also very reliable and communicative, and I understand how important it is to fully trust the person caring for your pet. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of availability throughout the day for walks, check ins, etc! I’m available on both weekdays and weekends, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine/ I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away! I’m very patient and attentive, and I know every pet has a different personality and routine. I’m also happy to send photo updates throughout the day!
“Lesia is simply awesome, and she was just that with my fur babies. My Benson and Bella were comfortable with her. I appreciate her professional demeanor and her detailed reporting of all that took place during the stay at doggy day care. I look forward to working with Lesia again!”

“I had to cancel my stay, but Emre had amazing communication prior to the booking. He let me know all about what pets are in the home and assured me my pup would be safe. Will book in the future.”

“Ms. April and family were amazing with Choco?. I recommend them 100%. We will definitely be seeing them again soon. Thank you for been so professional and easy to communicate with.”

“Jay and Steven were amazing with my baby girl. She enjoyed them so much she would run into their house and not even look back. Definitely recommend”

About: I've been pet-sitting for friends, family, and referrals for the past 10 years. Yorkies, Doodles, Dachshunds, and other mixed breed dogs, cats, and birds. I love caring for pets, especially cats and dogs and keeping them on their routines, feeling safe and loved while their owners are away. I've cared for senior dogs and have administered medications to both cats and dogs. I love taking dogs for their walks ...I personally walk 3+ miles every day and will gladly sit for dogs who love a good, long walk. I typically do overnight stays from 2 nights to 6 weeks. I am now accepting dogs, one at a time, for day sits in my home. I have a big fenced in yard and currently no pets. As a writer and yoga teacher I work from home and have lots of time to play with, walk and provide lots of loving attention to your pets. I do not currently have a pet. I used to have cats and I love all pets. I have a fenced in back yard. I typically pet sit in the pet's home when owners travel and am now offering daycare for one dog at a time in my home. I love to send pictures of the pets to their owners to let them know their pet is happy and well cared for.
About: Beginning in childhood, I’ve had several dog breeds (over 20!) that I’ve been tasked to take care of, play with, keep healthy and whose needs I’ve grown to pay attention to and understand. I adore animals and I approach them gently and mindfully, always considering what support will help prolong their lifespan and keep them happy, yet trained and behaved. My friends and family often call on me to either keep their pets company, train or housesit them, and I’m always more than happy to spend time with their animals. I firmly believe pets are not toys, and much more like our own kids, deserving of care, compassion, joy and attention. I have 17+ years experience taking care of and loving French bulldogs and pugs, who notoriously require extra responsibility, attention and instruction, as they can be stubborn and prone to health and breathing issues (often brought on by heat). I have cared for senior dogs who deserve nothing but love towards the end of their lives, and also puppies who need time spent on training and feeling safe, and lots of play and activity to stimulate their growing minds. I am a graduate student, with flexible availability between Saturday to Tuesday, during my off days, when I’ll be studying from home, often lounging and relaxing in my space. Having a pet to look after, feed and care for would not only be a very welcomed time commitment, but would make my space feel even more homely and bring me joy. I have enough time to play with dogs, pay attention to their unique needs and keep them active and joyful, or to simply accompany them while they rest and rejuvenate. I have a spacious apartment and a shaded dog park within my apartment community, as well as a dog wash corner next to the park - helpful during hot days in Florida. I am extremely mindful towards any pet staying with me, and provide them with a comfortable, safe and cooled space, in which I am committed to staying aware of their habits, likes and dislikes, and learning to understand their groove. There are several areas for them to use the bathroom outside, take a walk within the apartment community, as well as designated pee pads inside the apartment. I am happy to be in touch with the clients as often as needed, to help them feel at ease about letting their little one stay with someone new. I care about building trust with a dog, and taking the time to grow our bond, so they can be at ease in their surroundings and reduce any anxiety from a new environment.

We had a great experience! This was our first time leaving our baby with a sitter while traveling, especially in a completely new state and environment. She made her feel comfortable and right at home, which gave us so much peace of mind while we enjoyed our vacation. She was caring, patient, attentive, and made the whole experience stress-free. I LOVED and appreciated the communication as well! I would definitely recommend her and would happily book with her again!

Cristal was excellent with Salsa. She must have a special dog talent, because the moment Salsa saw her she jumped to her arms, and that usually only happens with people she knows. She responded to my request instantly, and sent me pictures and videos throughout the day. When I picked her up, Salsa was in a great mood and tired.

Kristie was absolutely amazing! Her communication was impeccable from start to finish, and she kept me updated throughout the day with tons of photos and videos of Mia. It was so reassuring to see how much fun she was having and how well she was being cared for. Mia had SUCH a great time that she was actually upset when it was time to come home! 😂 That says everything! I couldn’t be happier with the care Kristie provided, and I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to watch their pup. THANK YOU KRISTIE! 🐾❤️
I highly recommend Patama. I have a high energy Corgi with a bit of an attitude. He is usually a picky eater, and it’s very hard to tire him out. After spending a day with Patama, he came home tired and actually ate all of his food. I received photos of him throughout the day, and I could tell he was having a great time. I can honestly say he enjoyed his day. Thank you, Patama!

Absolutely terrific! The whole process was extremely easy. Sending pictures of our doggies and seeing how happy and relaxed they were brought so much ease to my mind. This was our first time ever using a pet sitter and we will be using Barb for all future dog sitting needs!

Veronica was super sweet, great communication and so accommodating. She took on a last minute booking. Veronica made Sadie a room to get acclimated with her environment, before she got acclimated with Veronica. She sent me updates w pictures. But most of all she provided safe environment w lots of love for Sadie.

This was my first time using Rover, and Felipe was absolutely outstanding! He was incredibly accommodating, taking my reservation on very short notice. My two pups warmed up to him almost immediately, which was a huge relief, especially for my 2 year old, who is usually quite skeptical of new people. Felipe provided excellent peace of mind by sending frequent photo updates of their walks and them just hanging out. He was truly fantastic with them, and I’m already looking forward to rebooking with him whenever I need support in the future. Thank you kindly, Felipe!
Douglas was very patient with our dog Luna. He seemed knowledgeable and we felt confident in his ability to care for our dog while we enjoyed the town. We could tell he really enjoys caring for dogs. He also sent updates and pictured throughout the day which helped keep us at ease. We will book again if he will have us.
