About: While you're away, your pup gets to play! I offer in-home dog sitting with a large, secure backyard, daily adventures, and plenty of love and attention. You'll get adorable photo updates so you can see your pup living their best life. Your dog gets more than just a sitter — they get a second home. My base price includes: room service with up to 3 meals per day, administration of up 5 oral medications, 24 hour indoor / outdoor access, daily enrichment - this can be a splash pool or peanut butter kong. Boarding walks add ons can include: one hour dog walk an off leash dog park adventure. Stand alone dog walking: At this time, I am happy to announce that I do adventure walks. An adventure walk is a hike either to Point Isabelle or to Oyster Bay in Hayward, depending on which is closer. These adventures happen with a long lead up to 12 feet long or off leash. Off-leash is only available for dogs with perfect recall gor their non-primary owners. Depending on the condition of your dog, these adventures can last one to two hours. Transportation costs are included in my pricing. Your friend will have free access to roam indoors and outdoors, sit on couches, or lay in the sun all day. If your dog needs a little bit of quiet time, they can have a private room with an air conditioner on hot days. I provide a pet-friendly house designed just for dogs, offering a cozy and safe home-away-from-home experience. With plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy one-on-one time, your dog will feel loved and cared for. Let me know if you’d like to include off-leash dog park visits for extra fun or if your pup needs medications administered—I happy to accommodate. I will give your dog the attention and affection they deserve while you’re away!

About: I’ve loved animals since childhood and have over 10 years of experience in pet care. I approach pets with both confidence and affection. About: One of my first memories is of adopting a stray that we named Chiqule (Gum, in Spanish) because he decided to stick around. Ever since then I’ve picked up many of our four legged friends and made them family dogs. Many years since having my own pet, my love for our furry friends has yet to dwindle and I continue to pet-sit and house-sit just for the opportunity to hang in with a little fur ball. I have experience with a small senior dogs and dogs who have required medication, 3+ walks a day, or an extensive park visit. I’ve house-sat and makes sure to build my schedule around my four-legged, temporary bestie to ensure a stress-free time. I like to establish constant communication and updates with the pet-parent to make sure all is well. I regard play time highly but makes sure to only ruff-house and much as per-parent sees fit. Cuddles are optional but recommended. I my work hours are 8:30-5 but travel form Berkeley to Hayward so I can pop in within that 15 mile radius! My weekends are a lot more flexible. I make sure to follow a requested guideline and/or care checklist from pet-parents. I make sure to scope out the potential yard for any hazards and establish some trust with pets before going out on our first walk. If treats are allowed or provided, I will reward my furry friend when I see best on our initial walks to establish trust and respect. Play-time is important and can also be carried out as the pet-parent sees fit.

I work from home which allows me to frequently manouver throughout the premises of which your pet(s) would be held. They will be monitored and cared for at all times! We have a front and back yard that are fenced and gated. Also a divider to separate the front and backyard in case of any individual(s)/Scheduled Section time is required or needed and to help maintain a closer watch.

She started having pets at a young age with fish, mice, hamsters and birds, taking joy in interacting with them, feeding them, always being the first one to notice any health concerns. As she grew older she went to zoo camp, to SCPA camp, and she graduated to counselor sharing her love of animals with other children. Over the last few years she has regularly walked her many dogs, cleaned up after them, made sure they received needed vet care and nursed them back to health after surgery or illness. When younger, she would walk her two Chihuahua mixes, and helped care for them as they aged, became less mobile, and needed extra attention and medications. As a young adult, she raised one puppy Pit Bull from 6 weeks (now 5 years old), and adopted a mistreated Pit/Lab mix, who is now her best friend and companion. She is excellent at ensuring their routines are followed and spending quality time with them. She uses treats wisely, and has trained her dogs to follow her lead, sit and wait when commanded. She ensures regular vet care and gives medications, applies lotions and other vet-prescribed care with kindness. As she has started dog walking and care professionally, she has been a reliable, trusted caregiver. She has demonstrated her capacity with all types of dogs and her understanding that dogs not only need food, water and walking or play, but also interaction, reassurance, and love. I admire her ease with and love for animals, and am glad she can share her gift with other pet owners.”
