About: I’m a 33 year old retired dog groomer and ran large grooming salons in the Pittsburgh area as well as here in New York for a total of 10 years. Was also a kennel boarding assistant as well as a vet assistant for a mobile vaccine clinic serving Niagara Falls, Watertown, Rochester and other areas. I have had everything from chihuahuas to Rottweilers and pit bulls. I treat pets like my children and love all shapes and sizes and able to provide medication as well as any other special need requests. I know basic first aid but I do not have pet CPR certification. I also have plenty of references and client feedback if needed to ensure you get the care your pet needs and deserves. I have an open schedule so if you need times outside of my availability please message me and I may be able to work with your schedule! I treat all pets as if they're my own so plenty of love and attention any special requests will also be taken seriously. I'll make sure your pets receive the best care possible!

“Oreo takes daily pills and has fecal incontinence in her old age, so she can definitely be a handful. Per Amy, Oreo exhibited some very atypical behavior during her stay -- overnight pee accidents in her dog bed, which she hasn't done since puppyhood or with any other carer. We sent diapers to Amy's house mid-stay to attempt to mitigate the issue. I think Amy did her best with our elderly lady, and I'm not sure what would cause this. Oreo drank a ton of water as soon as she got back home, but hasn't had any pee accidents.”

About: We’re a loving family of five with three kids (ages 9, 9, and 13) and a genuine love for animals. Our home is relaxed and low-key, so your dog will have a calm, comfortable environment rather than a hectic or overly busy one. I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to be around throughout the day. That also means the dogs staying with us are rarely left alone and get lots of companionship, attention, and care. We frequently care for the dogs of family and friends and truly enjoy having a four-legged friend around the house. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible and I’m able to give the dogs plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. They’re rarely left alone, and I can easily accommodate regular meals, potty breaks, walks, and whatever routine helps them feel comfortable. We’re also an active family who enjoys being outside, so exercise and outdoor time are a natural part of our day. Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, time in the yard, or simply hanging out outside with the family, your dog will have plenty of opportunities to get fresh air, exercise, and attention while they’re with us. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities! We have a fenced-in backyard where dogs can enjoy outdoor time safely, and we live in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with kind neighbors. We are outside often and will always provide a space for exercise and fresh air! We keep a clean, organized, and well-maintained home so your dog has a comfortable and safe space to stay. We’re mindful about keeping clutter, food, and other potential hazards out of reach, and there’s no junk or unnecessary mess for curious pups to get into.

“Destiny has a lovely home that is very practical for petsitting. She has zones and rooms that can be closed off. Her beagle and cat both did well with my cat, no one was traumatized. But the best of course is the loving family my pet enjoyed. They doted on him and tolerated all of his quirks. I felt like he was so well cared for.”
