“Ian did a great job looking after my kitties! They have very distinct personalities and I feel like he understood each of them. I really appreciated how he took the time to play with them and gave them attention :)”

“Ruth took excellent care of our 3 kitties! I love that she was very thorough and took the time to let us know in detail everything she did with each visit. Although our kitties are very shy and hid under the bed when she came over, she still made sure to check on them and snap a pic so we could see their glowing eyes under the bed. ? We would definitely recommend Ruth and will be happy to have her care for our kitties again. ?”

About: I've been caring for pets for years, beginning with my first dog when I was five. I grew up learning to care for animals and even more when we added a rescue dog to our family. Having a high maintenance dog with behavioral issues has taught me how to adapt and understand how each pet is unique and the care they require varies. I have also had experience caring for several types of animals including cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits. I am currently a second year at California State University San Marcos and home I'm for the summer. I have a very open availability and would love to fill some time by caring for your pets! I will follow any and all instructions you leave for me. I will make sure to watch your dog at all times, whether I'm letting your dog outside to go to the bathroom or taking them on a walk. Your pet is my priority!

“Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! My cat loved her and she doesn’t like a lot of people. She even watered my small garden while I was away. I can’t recommend her enough.”

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover with over a decade of personal experience caring for pets of all kinds — from dogs and cats to reptiles and everything in between. I've had my sweet dog for 12 years and have been surrounded by animals my whole life. I also enjoy horse riding regularly, so working with animals is truly second nature to me. As someone who has used Rover myself, I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to watch over your furry (or scaly!) family member. I'm here to spoil your pet and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you're away. Whether it's playtime, cuddles, or just keeping their routine consistent, I treat every pet like my own. I can't wait to meet your beloved companion! I’m currently working full time 5 minutes away from my office. Though I work Monday through Friday from 9-5 my evenings and weekends are completely free to ensure your pet gets the love and attention they deserve. My home is filled with love from me and my senior dog. We enjoy frequent walks, hikes, and snuggling at home to our favorite shows. I can accommodate kenneling my dog or your dog, I can also keep my senior dog in the bedroom if you’d prefer. He’s happy to be lazy in bed if need be. He’s completely indifferent to cats due to his senior age and will gladly allow your cat to snuggle with him.

Her dog Woolzey is her best buddy—they love going to the dog park and the lake together. Even her friends joke that their dogs prefer Debby to them! Madalyn G.
“I would highly recommend Madalyn as a pet caregiver, she has been taking care of our 14 weeks old lab puppy since she was 8 weeks old, kindly stopping by during the day while I am working, and taking care of her overnight. Madalyn LOVES animals, she is excellent with both cats and dogs, engaging them in play, taking them on walks, and giving them lots of love and cuddles. She is patient with our puppy, cleaning up her messes and reinforcing training, and encouraging good habits. Madalyn is active and knows how important it is to talk dogs on long walks, while also making sure the dog is safe from other dogs and cars on the road. If you are looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable pet caregiving, look no further! Feel free to call my cell if you have any questions 916-817-0487.”

Andrea K.
“Andie has been caring for our cats and dogs for several years, and we couldn't be happier with her services. She is incredibly kind and loving with our fur family, giving us complete peace of mind whenever we're out of town. Andie is excellent at following their schedules and administering medications. Her communication is top-notch, as she keeps us updated with daily texts. One time, our pool's water level dropped below normal. Andie noticed the skimmer making noise, promptly informed us, and refilled the pool to the appropriate level. She is also very mindful of our home, helping with tasks like watering plants during the summer. Andie respects our house rules, keeps everything tidy, and is an absolute delight to have in our home.”
